First time trying, and I honestly am not impressed enough to be a repeat customer. I saw someone recommend this place for take out for Christmas and so I decided to try the place out. I ordered one Hibachi Combo meal. Said the estimated delivery would be an hour which was fine. Waited an hour and a half for delivery, which is also fine I’m sure it’s busy. I am highly disappointed however with the delivery service. First, I was not called when my order was delivered which was in my delivery instructions. I also asked for the food to be delivered to the side door, which did not happen. So my food waited outside in the cold for about 10 minutes before I went to check the tracking and saw it was delivered, no phone call. Also the bag was standing straight up which cause all of the food to go to the side and leak out everywhere. Food itself was good but just cold. Won’t be ordering again but thank you for being open on Christmas.

Wow!!! I rarely leave negative reviews. We ordered a fairly large order for my birthday and it was supposed to be delivered. We received confirmation email. Never got the food – calling them to ask about it was like being in a ping pong game – human, bot, human, bot. Yes – I understand the delivery driver picked up the food but it is your responsibility to find them. After over an hour with no food … Here is a tip – if you can’t reach the driver, maybe you should just agree to remake the food (we offered to pick up). Ultimately, had to drive there to figure out what the heck is going on. Had to wait for our food to be remade and received a refund for delivery. Not a very HBD for me!

Careful eating here, I ordered food and when I went to pick it up the worker was extremely sick and not using gloves to package the food. I won’t get too descriptive but let’s just say it was not pretty. After kindly asking for a refund due to the conditions I was denied a refund and told rudely to leave the premises.

I forgot to take a picture, got the chicken hibachi with veggies and rice. Portions are big, standard chicken hibachi fast service and friendly.. REVIEW UPDATE..this place is one of my favorites been here probably 10 times..12.95 chicken hibachi Friday night ritual stop here then we stop at Umami in FR and get sushi…perfect combo

The food is delicious, I order here frequently. I always request to buy extra yum yum sauce because they only give you one small container of it, that’s fit for like three bites of food. Picked up my food today and the worker refused to let me buy extra sauce. It was never a problem in the past.
I personally use a lot of yum yum sauce when I eat habachi, but probably won’t be back if I can’t even purchase extra sauce.

I’ve been getting poke bowls from here for years and have noticed a considerable decline in quality. I continue to get things in my bowl that I didn’t ask for, the rice is ALWAYS stale (tastes like it’s been sitting and dried out) and with every order, I’m missing something. I’m frustrated over it and will be going elsewhere from now on.

Editing my review. Was 5 stars now only 2 and will not be ordering from there again. After reading other reviews, looks like a common problem with orders being lost.
Made an order online, was withdrawn from my bank, when I went in to pick it up they did not have my order. After showing them the transaction on my phone and much debate, I gave up. In my eyes, they owe me a hibachi steak and an order of edamame. Keep the $25.66 which included a 25% tip. I’ll take my business elsewhere.
