I ordered from here for my family of 5 tonight. Spent over $100 only to get home and find that the steak is extremely overcooked despite requesting it to be medium. The food was also all bland. Easy fix by dumping the teriyaki sauce I had to pay extra for? Nope, the sauce is basically a solid. Extremely disappointed.

I was done grocery shopping and was ready for a quick bite to go. As you can tell I was not in the mood to cook. Certainly worth the try! I tried the hibachi steak and scallops with fried rice with hibachi style veggies. BOMB.COM. If I had time, I would have sat down to dine in.

Japanese noodles should be thick udon noodles not the thin noodles pictured. If I wanted Italian spaghetti, I would go to an Italian place. Don’t get the noodles here they’re not authentic.

Okay so place is clean and welcoming with nice staff. But the food is not even close to quality or taste you would expect from an hibachi express, my steak was flavorless and my sushi was not good. I don’t think I will be coming back with the price for quality.

I’ve been coming here for years but I don’t think I’ll be returning after the customer Service I experienced today. Truly the worst customer service I’ve ever had in my life. I came here with my niece and sister we each ordered a Hibachi entrée, a drink and a sushi roll. When our food came out, we realized we were missing a hibachi entrée when we asked the employee about it that was bringing us our food and took our order she said with a disgusted look on her face and an attitude that we didn’t have another entrée. We explained that we all ordered one and she tried to argue with us. My sister said “okay thank you” and we left it alone because my sister no longer wanted to eat due to the attitude we were experiencing from the employee. The employee continued to walk away from the table and then turn around and snap at my sister saying “It’s not on your receipt that’s what I’m telling you you weren’t charged for it!”. We never said we were charged for it we said we did order it. We would’ve had no problem paying for it and getting the mixup handled, however, she did not want to handle it with us. She wanted to catch an attitude and be very rude. Not to mention, the food came out in a matter of seconds before we could even grab our drinks meaning it had been just sitting there and it was cold.

When I called and ordered takeout hibachi chicken, I was looking forward to the kind of takeout I could eat, not the kind of take out that should be taken out to the garbage. The chicken had been sitting too long and was his tender as you might imagine tree bark to be. The rice was tasteless, But the steamed vegetables were very good and actually tasted like they had been made fresh. How does this restaurant not know how long chicken can sit before it gets tough? Thoroughly dissatisfied. They asked me if I wanted to keep my receipt when I paid, and I think most people wave it off because they expect the food to be good. I kept my receipt, good thing I said that I wanted a receipt. If you learned nothing except to keep your receipt with every transaction you do, you learned something valuable from reading this. I hope I get some follow-up from this comment. The chicken was awful. The rice, tasteless. Only the small portion of vegetables were good. All for $11.72??? They must be joking.

Good alternative for non fried food and vegetables at a very reasonable price. Sushi is good as well, but can be slow sometimes. If you go during a busy time, you could have a prolonged wait. Never had a problem with the food quality, it’s very good for the price/value. It’s a nice benefit to be able to order online as well, and pick-up.

Tried out this place for lunch with my daughter yesterday, it was my first visit. We shared a lunch steak hibachi entree and some sushi rolls. Food and service was amazing especially for a fast service type joint. Atmosphere was clean, modern and nice and I will definitely return if I’m in the area esp6for the amazing sushi….sushi was def6the star of the show, just as good or better than some of the specialty sushi places we visit. Even the presentation of the sushi was top notch and beautiful.
Dragon Roll was one of the best I ever had, it contained no fish as it featured fried chicken but who cares cause it tasted so fabulous.
Pink lady roll was fresh, huge and fabulous! I always enjoy some soy or rice paper so was happy to see this roll on the menu.
Steak hibachi- steak was overcooked for our taste making it a bit tough but u can not beat the overall value of the lunch meal with meat, vegetables, rice & yum yum sauce! We traded rice for noodles which was $2 extra, I found that upcharge a little much and will probably just stick to the rice next time.
