This restaurant is a great and clean place to enjoy some hibachi and much more. It’s always top notch service with high quality food. They also have shows where you can watch the cook make volcano and do tricks with the food they’re serving. Always quiet and clean. Although you may have to wait a bit for the food because the space is limited and they’re always busy. But the wait is worth the flavor. Check it out if you’re in the area and looking for some good Asian food

Well we went on Valentine’s my son decided to take me out to dinner. We ordered fairly quickly give me 10 minutes but we had been there many times before and really enjoyed the food and they people. However tonight was much different, I got our soups and drinks just fine, but then my food came out and complete. The waitress basically left it on the table and scattered out of the way I thought she would be bringing back and steamed rice and the tempura dipping sauce. It took at least 10 minutes before I was able to flag her down and say hey where’s the steamed rice in the tempura sauce she said that’s the whole dinner right there there is no rice I said yes there is I order it here all the time she said she’d have to go check with the chef I also told her that the sweet and sour sauce is not the right sauce for tempura it’s a 10-4 dark salt and she turn around stomped away, 5 or 6 minutes later she came back with my rice and then the tempura sauce came a couple minutes later. However when all this time since I got served my food 15 minutes now My son is still waiting for his food I was like is he going to get to eat sometime she said the kitchen’s backed up why did they bring me my food if my son’s food’s not ready my sister’s getting cold while I wait for his stuff to come out. In the hour and a half that we were there mostly waiting I attempted to get a refill on my tea but once again could not get anyone’s attention trying not to be too rude but I was very much annoyed. When my son finished eating he stacked up all the plates and waited and waited and waited and waited finally someone who was apparently more towards the management area she asked if we were ready for the check and I said yeah bring it on and didn’t have their audacity to ask me if I wanted to tea to go, no I would have rather had it with my meal. She did clothing ” compensate me with a 15% discount which I did not ask for it nor did I expect but in no way made up for the fact that our evening was pretty much room from that point on I was ticked off and won’t be back there for quite some time and certainly never again on a weekend or any kind of holiday because they obviously cannot handle this flow. The temporal vegetables by the way were incomplete. Three or four onion rings and two sweet potatoes on a piece of acorn squash. Usually you get one onion ring and either a broccoli or some green summer squash. Very very disappointed. I forgot to say that the temporar sauce when she finally brought it was refrigerator cold, who wants to put their hot food in ice cold dipping sauce it’s supposed to be warm and my son’s vegetables were also ice cold

I looked at so many hibachi places before deciding and I’m so glad we came here!!! The food was good and PLENTY!! The servings were so big I have enough left for dinner tonight and still lunch tomorrow. Our waitress was great. And the chef was friendly even though my baby didnt smile not once lol. Will definitely return!

Absolutely terrible experience!!!! I got a shrimp roll. And on the first bite it was nothing but multiple shrimp tails with the barb. Went straight into my gums and back out between my lower teeth. Bleeding and now worried about infection. They could care less. Offered to give a full refund and they on my gave me 5 dollars and some change. Not even enough to cover the roll I got. I will never be back.

NEVER ORDER TOGO FROM HERE. They always mess my order up & try to charge me for extra things I don’t order. This is the second time I’ve ordered chicken and steak… got charged for it & only got chicken. This is absolutely ridiculous. I called the restaurant and she told me that she accidentally put in only chicken for my order… But I was clearly charged for chicken and steak. She also stated that there was nothing she could do about it And also complained about the modifications to my order. Like I completely had my order in black-and-white she just made me what she wanted to… And didn’t care to fix it. If you’re not going to read and put in orders correctly, then you probably shouldn’t work there. People are out here ordering $40 worth of to go food to only get 20 bucks worth Because you don’t wanna put in an order correctly… Do yourself a favor and don’t order from here. Not worth the time or waste of money. I have no idea how they have kept a four star review. They definitely don’t deserve it

We ordered to go, 2 steak fried rice and 1 chicken fried rice, extra rice and egg drop soup. No seafood or shellfish ordered. Tell me WHY they would put 2 pieces of shrimp in with the steak fried rice??? Im highly allergic to shrimp and cant eat my food now. Had to drive all the way back because they put food in my tray without any of my party ordering it. Would put 0 stars if I could for potentially endangering my life.

We had two grills. The older man, whom I assumed would have more experience, serving at the other grill could not get his lighter to work so he threw it across the room and said “I guess no fire today”. I thought it was a joke. I thought surely he would get another lighter. Especially when the other chef came to the station with his working lighter. But no. And the fire is the main attraction of hibachi! Our chef was fine. Food was good. We had a big flash of flame but no onion volcano or anything like that.

The food is good but if you like your personal space don’t go here because they rather sit you next to a random family when the whole restaurant is empty just so they don’t have to cook for two separate people.

It was good but the service could get more attentive to customers. Hibachi chef didn’t converse with us while cooking so that was kind disappointing. The show itself was the purpose of eating at the hibachi table. Love the roll and the poke bowl.

If you are looking for an Exciting place for a family dinner and a wonderful meal with lots of laughter I recommend Hibachi Express along with Chef Billy. He is a kind, an Excellent Chef and Child friendly. My daughter never actually ate there until yesterday and she loved it and ate it all
