The food at Hibachi Express is actually pretty good, no complaints there. However, the restaurant itself feels very outdated and could really use some investment to make it more welcoming. Every time I’ve gone, there have been very few customers, which makes the atmosphere feel a bit off.
The service during my visit wasn’t very friendly, and overall, the place just doesn’t have a great vibe for dining in. It’s not the kind of spot you’d really want to sit down and enjoy a meal with friends, though the food itself is worth a quick takeout.

Whenever I have eaten food from here I have only used the drive-through. I have ordered food for our staff for lunch on many ocassions and have never had any problems with receiving incorrect orders. The food is consistently amazing and the price is quite reasonable. You get way more food than you can eat, unless you eat a LOT! The staff at the drive-through are ALWAYS polite and accomodating. I cannot say enough good about this place! Try them out! The food choices are vast and each item that I have ordered, which are many, are always way above par!

I use to live off this place! Ate here for years! Then I move, and a year or so passes. I come back and boy has it changed! The staff are rude, smart mouthed, and constantly rolling their eyes. It’s a far cry from the family that use to run this place! You need to clean house.

the experience was terrible. i told them that i had two separate orders, which was fine w them, then i started ordering and a different guy came on the microphone and started yelling at me and saying pull to the second window, then i did and the guy who was originally on the microphone apologized. i get back to my college dorm and there is a long piece of black hair on my food. i paid $12 and there was a hair on my food.

This is amazing, I got a general chicken, palmer (bad idea on my part lol), and one of the free spring rolls. Unfortunately small for the spring roll, but absolutely amazing. Can’t go wrong with general tso chicken and rice! I will state, inside it does seem abandoned in a way like when walking into a long John silvers lol.
Otherwise, for 14.98, that’s an amazing deal considering there’s enough for 2 portions given! Thanks for the great time, I will enjoy coming back someday.

I ordered beef and broccoli. The meat tastes like liver. There was no gravy. The fries rice was just rice. No egg, onion. Carrots nothing. I did ask for no peas. I will never go back. Even though the service was friendly. The food was gross. I paid 12$ see picture

I usually don’t write reviews. But, after recently visiting this place I should say something.
My wife and I went through the drive through for our order. The waitress who took our order was arrogant and smart-mouth when taking the order. Once we got to the window to pay for our order, she became confrontational. When I asked to speak with the manager, she stated she was the manager.
I have visited this business on several occasions and have never been treated like this.
One star is all I can give for a rating. The service was much worse than that. I will not do any further business with this place nor will I recommend it to anyone.
