I had teriyaki chicken which the meat was good. Fried rice on side tasted old and vegetables were soggy. No sweet carrots unfortunately. Nice gentleman taking orders, but his English was not good, making it difficult to order. Overall was a very average experience.

First and last visit. Ordered on beyond menu. It says rice AND salad plus free side. Got told, it’s wrong online. Not my problem. So then he scoops out half the rice and adds salad. Instead of giving me what I ordered. So then wanted to argue again about how I am wrong. Horrible experience. Not to mention, the guy was pretty rude and hateful to his cashier also, probably why you have hiring signs up.

I had their menu in front of them requesting entree portion of Jumbo shrimp and chicken with steamed rice and mixed vegetables. First off, the food tasted pre-cooked and not freshly cooked, the shrimp was way overcooked as if they tossed pre cooked shrimp on the griddle just to give the customer the illusion that it was freshly cooked on the griddle. Secondly, they gave me canned shredded steak instead of chicken, and the onions were overcooked and the broccoli and squash not cooked enough. I paid $16 plus tax for food that tasted like somebody’s leftover dinner, and the steamed rice was hard. I didn’t enjoy eating it, and later the food gave me horrible bathroom episodes. I do not recommend eating here, terrible food and NOT fresh. The shredded steak roast like substance was covered in brown gravy to cover up the all simmer meat in a pot in the back of their kitchen. I also disliked Koizumi Express, which is a similar place; both terrible.

When I first started coming here, the food was exquisite. Idk what happened if they switched owners, or if they just tired, but the last two times I ordered from here all I taste is salt. The chicken on the hibachi platter is dry and bland. The shrimp is salty. The rice is ok, but only after it’s sopped up in whatever gravy is in the dish. Then they had the NERVE to say extra sauce is extra money. Um, no maam/sir. This chicken is dryer than the Sahara Desert and I’m choking over here…sauce it up!!!! Anyways, I’ve given them my money x2 and have been disappointed… never again .

Hibachi chicken was pretty good. Shrimp sauce was amazing. All three people in my group thought the water tasted very strange. The staff said they knew about it, but Coke (who supplies the machine) said it was normal. No way.
