My favorite Go to spot for lunch! Fast fresh and friendly service!! I usually order the hibachi steak and shrimp with teriyaki on the side and don’t forget the yummy Yum sauce. Also try the shrimp tempura appetizer, comes with a delicious dipping sauce!! The flavor here you cannot beat and it’s fresh and clean. Smells good when you walk in! Atmosphere is amazing. Went to Hibachi Express with a friend and we split a bento box (teriyaki chicken, fried rice, salad, spring roll, California roll), miso soup, and an egg roll.
The miso soup had mushrooms (weird) and was really watered down and didn’t taste like miso. The chicken and rice came out cold, the rice was clumpy, and the teriyaki chicken had basically zero flavor and tasted watered down and gross. The spring roll was great and the California roll was good. The egg roll was bad, not hot enough, kind of gummy, and had no flavor. The “yum yum” sauce was only Kewpie mayo. The eel sauce was decent and a little more sour than usual but still good.
Service was super kind, the place was extremely clean, and everything came out quickly, but the food quality wasn’t up to standard. 2/5 how beautiful the atmosphere was, neither of us will be back.

I decided to try Hibachi Express tonight on my way home from work. My brother just started working here and I wanted to pop in and catch him off guard to see how things are!
I ordered the Volcano roll and the vegetable hibachi.
The restaurant was clean and waiting was fine. It was nice to see the owning family grow their own peppers! ️
The food was made to order.
The sushi was FAB and delicious.
I also tried the crab wontons. I typically don’t like those but these ones I did! Served extra hot and fresh.
The hibachi was enough to feed me for 3 meals. Delicious. Not too much oil. Plenty of vegetables of a good variety. Sometimes when you order veg you have to worry about portion size but that was not an issue here!
Also the sweet tea was really good.
Will definitely go back.

Very disappointed! I ordered the Steak and Shrimp Teriyaki w/ lo mein and it was underwhelming to say the least. The shrimp and steak was far and few between, accompanied by an oily noodle taste with a medley of vegetables. It may as well have been a vegetarian dish with the scarcity of steak and shrimp.
It was also dry and salty (teriyaki is supposed to be sweet). The noodles were sticking together and the teriyaki sauce was used sparingly, if at all! DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME HERE! I WAS FOOLED BY THE PHOTOS POSTED OF OTHER PEOPLE’S PREVIOUS ORDERS.. DOESN’T LOOK LIKE THAT AT ALL!

I was so excited to eat my leftovers… When I open the fridge, the to go box fell out, and I saw my life flash before my eyes… Everything happened in slow motion, and as I gasped, and it hit the floor… I expected a full Noodle explosion at my feet. To my pleasant surprise, the to go box did not open and survived a three or 4 foot fall. They use Those nice plastic to go boxes that snap shut… Saved my noodles, saved my night.

Chicken Bento Box was ordered. Chicken tasted burnt. Crab Ragoon had no flavor. Called and requested a reorder. Only because I was hungry. Good service in replacing. So not an overall bad experience, just disappointed. O yeah three out of the 5 tables for dine in were dirty and food on the floor.

Ordered the steak and shrimp hibachi. I got a plate of rice with a sprinkling of meat and vegetables. Definitely not worth the price. Steak was also overcooked and had no flavor or seasoning to be found.
