First few times we came here we ordered from the Chinese side of the menu. House fried rice was pretty good, General Tso’s Chicken is delicious, egg rolls are good, cheese wonton are ok.

Then we take my mom here when she was visiting us from Missouri. She orders hibachi and was not pleased. The meats were ok, but she said the vegetables were barely cooked and hard as a rock. She gets hibachi everywhere and I’ve never seen her not eat the vegetables, but she left them on the plate. I knocked a star off for that.

Overall this place is decent. There are better places out there and there are definitely worse.

As for service it’s good. The young lady at the counter is super friendly and takes good care of you.

Food was decent. Didn’t blow my mind. The space is nice enough. Quiet enough to talk easily. Prices are good and portions are fair.

I have been getting takeout (and also sometimes dining in) this restaurant for several years since I’ve moved here to Greer. The food has never disappointed me once, I usually opt for chicken and steak hibachi with white rice, or a non-spicy sesame chicken. Everything is made really well, is served hot and fresh, with very affordable prices. The egg drop soup is great, too for cold and rainy days when you want to just get cozy.

I had a nice meal at Hibachi cafe! The food tasted pretty good — nothing too fancy, but flavorful and satisfying. The prices were reasonable for the portion sizes, so I’d say it’s a good value. Overall, a solid place if you’re craving something quick and tasty.

The food was pretty good and the service was quick and pleasant. The waitress had a pretty smile and was sincere even though she looked to be tired. Would definitely eat here again. Presentation was pleasing as well. She also remembered without being reminded of my tea preference and kept the drinks full!

If you like Crab rangoons the new England way, this is your place. They are listed as cheese Wontons. The chicken Hibachi plate has been the best ive had in the area as well.

I have purchased take-out many times from Hibachi Cafe. If you want a low-carb option, this is the place — order from the hibachi menu and ask for extra vegetables with no rice. I usually get steak, chicken, and baby shrimp, and they don’t skimp on the meats. The staff is very nice, the food is great for the price, and I can typically get two meals out of one order, so that’s a plus.

We normally go to Osaka for Hibachi, but they were closed from Christmas to New Years. We were out running errands, and we decided to give Hibachi Cafe a try. When you walk in, there is a counter where you place your order. It isn’t a server style setup. You pay for your items, and they are brought out to your table.

I ordered the shrimp tempura roll, and my husband got the Rock n Roll to start. I usually get my sushi rolls made with soy paper, but they don’t offer that here. We both really loved our rolls. Usually, the Shrimp Tempura Roll doesn’t come with sauce on it. My husband is a Type 1 Diabetic so had that of been his roll we would’ve had to send it back with all that sugar. Not sure why this came with sauce. I always get mine on the side. We ended up taking our hibachi to go because we loved our rolls so much we finished them and were full.

We both got Chicken and Shrimp Hibachi. The hibachi was okay. One of the things I’ve struggled with moving to SC, is how flavorless the fried rice is. The rice was lacking in flavor, and the rest was okay.

I can’t say I would go back for hibachi, but we really loved the rolls. The girl at the counter was super sweet.

To the review below who said they feel betrayed their California Roll didn’t have cream cheese…. Um they never do LOL! Our family eats them all the time, and I am the only one who eats cream cheese in our family.

This place has got some really good food. Their sushi is the bomb & a must try! I recommend this place to couples who want a nice quiet and somewhat romantic meal because they are rarely busy for dine in (they seem to get a bunch of takeout orders instead) & their dining room lighting is very dim. Thumbs up from me and this missus.

First time being here and it was pretty good experience. The food was pretty good as well as the customer service. We went there during lunch and it wasn’t pack at all. The place was nice and clean.
