The food had little to no flavor. The customer service was absolutely HORRIBLE. We had 4 adults and a 3 and a 1 year old. First, they only brought us 2 of our drinks and got an attitude when we asked for the others. She slammed the soda in the table and spilled most of it and didn’t even bother to try to clean it up. She didn’t take a single plate the entire time. Then when it came down to paying, our total came to 56.25, which was already a little too pricey for the bland food itself, but I went in understand in the price. We gave her the $57, she got furious and began raising her voice with us that the tip wasn’t included in the total and that We HAD to leave a 20% tip. We handed her $2 and said the service wasnt worthy of a 20% tip when she chased us to the front door demanding $12 more dollars for a tip. WILL NOT BE GOING BACK TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT. PERIOD.

The food was good but their customer service sucked the the waitress that was waiting on us had an attitude, was rude to our 9 year old son and took forever to get me a refill on my drink and then when we paid the bill , then she demanded a tip !!! So she got 10.00 for being a bad waitress!!! and because I was afraid that that they wouldn’t let us leave there without paying the tip, and I urge people not to waste their time and money eating here!!! We will never eat their again!!! They need to go out of business and go back to China because this is America and if u want a tip then you need to be polite to your customers and give them refills on their drinks without waiting!!!

The food is edible but pretty much the cookie cutter Chinese buffet experience. Did have a major issue involving horrible customer service. We went at 3pm near the end of the lunch buffet time with dinner prices starting at 3:30pm. As they switch to dinner items they are supposed to put a “dinner only” sign on the dinner items. My son and I always respect this and never try take any item with a dinner only label. On this visit they had apparently forgot to put the dinner only sign on an item and the server came to the table to inform me that I was eating a dinner only item. I pointed out the fact that there was no sign to inform me of this. They then went and put the dinner only sign in front of the item. At check out I learned they had the nerve to try and charge us the dinner price. I explained what happened again and the host literally tried to suggest that I was lying when in fact they obviously knew they had neglected to put the sign in front of the item. Dah, you walked over there after I pointed out your oversight and put the dinner only sign where it was supposed to be. The host literally debated with me for 4-5 minutes before he finally corrected our bill to the lunch price as it was supposed to be. Calling a customer a liar and a thief because you made a mistake and arguing over 4 dollars is not what I would call proper customer service. I will never go there again.

Took my family here last knight and it was a mistake they sat us down let us make one plate then tells us there not putting anymore food on the buffet tables,what was left was cold nasty and not fresh at all there was five of us we left still hungry after paying 60.00 dollars for food that we never got to eat.The place is very dirty not clean at all.I would never advise anyone to eat here.There were several family’s that we talked to while we was there and was just as upset as we were,We will never again eat there,but I will see to it that I tell everyone I know to expect the worse food ever for a outstanding price,and a very dirty place..
