Place is overrated. Went there for lunch just as they opened hoping the food would be fresh, tasty and delicious. Boy was I wrong. Looks can be deceiving in this case. It all looked so inviting but once you tasted it, it was anything but inviting. The chicken and beef protein was very chewy. The sushi was even unappealing. The Hibachi grill in Chantilly is bigger and better. The Mongolian station was even uninviting. Won’t make the mistake of going again even though it’s only $8.99. You can taste the $8.99 in the food.. The steamed station didn’t look appealing even with the salt and pepper boiled shrimp. The fried station was even worse. Only saving grace was the butterfly shrimp. With so many great choices and options for lunch, I would avoid this location.

I recently visited the hibachi buffet and sushi restaurant in Manassas, and unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. On a Saturday night, the selection of food available was extremely limited, with only a handful of items to choose from. To make matters worse, I noticed that there were bottles of medicine and insecticides placed right in the middle of the food trays. All of the soup stations were empty, and I couldn’t help but wonder if this was a sign of things to come.
The quality of the food was poor, and I found it difficult to find anything that was truly appetizing. The sushi was dry and lacked flavor, and the hibachi dishes were overcooked and lacked the traditional flavors that one would expect. The value of the food was also poor, and I felt that I was not getting my money’s worth.
It’s worth noting that the restaurant was almost empty on a Saturday night, which should have been a red flag. The lack of customers should have been an indicator of the poor quality of the food and the overall experience.

Never visited this buffet and probably never will again. Ate at mid afternoon and nearly all the servings were empty, as if to force you to order from the hibachi grill in order to get a tip. If I were a health inspector I would rate below average for cleanliness. Food is all over the floor. Although service is prompt, it’s not a clean restaurant. Food tasted old and somewhat lukewarm so I would bring your bottle of medical charcoal to prevent the potential problem of food poisoning. If you like Asian food, recommend visiting Panda Express across the street.
You’ll probably be much more pleased with Panda as well as paying a lot less. The difference is roughly $10 between both restaurants if you’re feeding two people.

I was extremely disappointed with this location. I called ahead to verify the price for my family. I asked how much it would cost for kids; I was told 8 dollars (they’re elementary kids). I drove here only to be told two of my kids would be charged as adults because of their height.. it upset me because this was never mentioned over the phone. With prices as high as theirs you’d expect fresh food. Instead it was dry and looked like it had been left out for hours.
I normally don’t go out of my way but this place is awful, from the service to the food.

Nice enough folks but the food is horrible. Overcooked meats, undercooked vegetables, and all of the sushi tasted the same.
The tables have a layer of grime (hard to see in the photo) and we had to search seats that were in good condition.
Bathrooms were scary with overfilling trash and an infestation of drain flies.

Being my own food critic fir this was crazy. I walked in and I’m thinking she is the owner, she never once said hi. She started yelling in her language for some one to help me. Then I noticed this place only had 5 customers inside. For this to be a buffet I had to question why.
The place smelled very old as if the carpet needed major cleaning. The waitresses were nice. The food was not that great. Seasonless was the word along with freshness. For the price I paid all I ate was rice, shrimp, salad little bit of chicken and broccoli which needed season, I could not finish it.
I tipped the ladies and went up front to pay. Again with the owner, she was very rude, wouldn’t it talk to me and had the waitress ask me how was I paying until I said cash and the owner said ok. Didn’t tell me my total didn’t say thank you for coming.
Then I asked for my receipt she looked at me as if I cursed her out. She prints the receipt and placed it on the counter and not my hand. I see this place closing in 6 months. As a out of towner I was very disappointed with this place. PLEASE LISTEN AND GO ELSE WHERE. ITS NOT WORTH IT. we work hard for our money to get nothing back in return. If anyone gives this place 5 stars believe me they are lying.

This place is great for easy eating. There is food for all tastes, spicy, flavorful, etc. I’ve come for lunch and there is never a wait time. Great service, good prices, and a lot of seating. Good for a family meal or a simple celebratory meal.
