I had a wonderful dinner experience at Hibachi Buffet in Tampa. The food was fresh and flavorful, with an impressive variety that included sushi, seafood, noodles, meats, and many hot dishes. Everything was kept warm, well-prepared, and quickly refilled.
The dessert section was also enjoyable, offering a nice range of sweets, fruits, and ice cream — a great way to finish the meal.
The service was attentive and polite, with staff making sure drinks were refilled and plates cleared promptly. The atmosphere was welcoming and relaxed, and the restaurant was clean and well-maintained, with tables cleared quickly and everything organized.

Leaving 1 star only because i have to.This place has definitely gone down hill. Haven’t been there in a while and will not be returning ever again. The quality of the food looks as if they reheat the same food for days. Definitely got to say alot of the options available did not look appealing or appetizing. Still got a little food since i was already there, big mistake. Green beans in garlic tasted old and then I took a bite of an eggroll it tasted rancid and off. I spit it out and find mold that you can rub off at the touch. After bringing it to their attention the girl gave me an attitude and said that I was wrong. She tried to convince me that the black specs were just part of the cabbage. She couldn’t justify the off taste. Sorry, im no child to not know how food is supposed to look or taste like when fresh. Only thing fresh I managed to eat was a bit of salad and cucumber slices. Very upsetting. Don’t recommend going there.

I needed food after flying in and wanted something quick and hopefully good. SO glad we stopped here! We have stayed away from buffets since a couple near home that we used to enjoy kind of went down in quality. I’m VERY happy that we took a shot with this one. Everything was incredibly flavorful. I think this is the best buffet I have had. I love Asian food and eat it regularly. This food tops any of the regular places I order from. I wish I lived closer! PLEASE, be sure to stop here! You will not be disappointed! Great food, friendly and fast service and the price is well worth it. Thank you for a wonderful welcome to the area!

Have eaten at this location for so many many many years, the name may change but the layout stays the same… I thought today the food was tasty and the service on point. I got my moneys worth that is for sure and look forward to dining again in the future. The lunch price total is 15.00

I go here often and I am always impressed with on how often they refresh the food. It doesn’t matter if it’s lunch or dinner or if there are 3 customers or 30 they are always on top of it. The food is tasty, plentiful and cheap for that you get to choose from.

I rate this place 3 stars because, I didn’t feel like the food was overall great… There were quite a few dishes that were just “alright”. The fries were soggy, and some buffet items were never refilled during the time I was there. Also, I was told there were no veggies to make meatless sushi which was a little disappointing.
The place has very dim lighting (I don’t know if it is intentional, but personally I don’t like it).
Aside from that, the buffet has a good amount of options. All of the dishes have their names displayed which is useful as well. Service was nice and price is affordable.

The sign changed so we thought they had new owners so maybe it was better but no. The food was old and cold and what was warm was tasteless or bad. General Taos chicken was stringy and inedible I had to spit it out. The fried dough was raw inside, rice was old, lomein was oddly flavored, green beans cold, sweet and sour chicken cold, fried shrimp bone cold. Terrible egg roll is just wet unseasoned cabbage. The ice cream door makes an extremely loud noise that makes everyone turn to look whenever you open it and it was popular so our dinner was punctuated by screeching. Leaving this review mostly to remind myself to never come back.

My stomach had high hopes, I guess, because I was really hungry and wanted to eat a lot…..Well I should’ve listened to my head and not my stomach. Hubby said the sushi was just ok. I had the hibachi, with chicken, shrimp, bean sprouts, egg, and broccoli. Something didn’t taste well. It had an old, almost “end of life” taste. I guess we went there on a bad day for them. The highlights for me were the greenbeans. The taste was good and consistent with other Chinese eateries. The employees were nice.

Quite possibly one of the worst buffets I’ve ever been to. My friend didn’t eat all her food on her plate because she said it tasted off. And being a vegetarian they’re only three or four dishes on the hot bars that I could eat. I had asked for sweetened tea for the two of us with no lemon. Of course they had lemon. Once I drink my first tea the waitress brought me another tea with no ice, it was hot and unsweetened. My friend had her bring me a glass of ice to add to the tea.
It’s a beautiful restaurant, but the food is poorly done and the waitress did not have a clue.

Typical Chinese buffet in a fairly busy shopping center. The service was on point. Got seated immediately and my drinks were served within 5 minutes. Food was plentiful, looked fresh, and well organized. Hibachi grill was pretty robust too. Used plates were removed almost immediately after standing up. Drinks were refilled quickly, the food tasted good, had lots of variety, and was a very good value. I’ll be back.
