Listen..this place (Durham location)has been around for years. I’ve been coming here since my daughter was like 5/6. She’s 18 now. The food is always on point in taste and quantity (even after Covid) and the staff are friendly n cool. I don’t eat there much anymore since moving from the area but I will stop there at times. The hibachi steak and chicken was very good. Large portion and the white sauce goes very well with the hibachi. The rice tasted fresh and they gave pretty good proportions of chicken and steak.

Was a little bit wary because of the reviews, but went anyway because I was craving hibachi. The Asian man at the front was super polite, quick, and very efficient, and continued to be polite and efficient to everyone who came afterward to order or pick up. Food came out super fast and he even personally brought it over to the table I was sitting at while waiting for my food. Seeing the small bit of mess on my table, he quickly and thoroughly wiped down the table and apologized even though it wasn’t a big deal! Felt super cared for as a customer and the food was surprisingly really delicious! Portions were generous, nothing like the bad reviews I’ve seen, but maybe it was different management/employees?

I liked this place. It was exactly what I would expect a quick service hibachi place to be like. I think some of the reviews are harsh, especially since I thought it was super cheap. I fed two people for $20 and neither of us could finish our plates. If you order online they give you one white sauce included which wasn’t stated so we didn’t know whether to pay for them or not, but if you are a sauce person make sure you order extra. The building itself was nice and clean. No complaints from me.

The rice is uniquely awesome. Great service, fast and inexpensive. We had the shrimp and chicken both as hibachi and on a stick. We loved it. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the Durham area.

I ordered a chicken & steak entree, hot honey chicken entree, side noodles, and wontons. Everything was great even the white sauce! I will definitely order from here again.

Had this delivered via Uber eats. Food was delicious with extra sauce’s added and the prices were great for the portions given. Would order here again. I will say they sent no utensils or napkins which was a bummer being at a hotel but luckily the front desk had some we could use.

DO NOT ORDER THE CRAB WONTONS! They come with NO filling and after speaking to someone at the location, she stated thats how they come. Charging full price for a piece of fried dough is ridiculous. The food is good for hibachi, but I’m honestly pissed i paid FULL PRICE for crab wontons with NOTHING inside of it. Attached photo for proof.
