Not a fan of this place. The one who tooked my order was nice and pleasant. Where they fail is in the food. Steak is tough, dry and chewy even while it seemed red and rare. They must use a low quality meat. Its over salted and servings are small. They bury rice under the steaks to make it look like a lot (see pic).
I tried it, but won’t be going back. Seems like it’s mainland owned or a chain as they don’t seem to really care about what they are serving locals or looking to improve their offerings.

I thought it was pretty good. Had the steak plate with kimchi salad. The staff was friendly, no wait. Walked into the food land next door to get a drink then sat and had my meal.

Don’t eat here if you have any food allergies. They put the wrong side in my bowl, then just scooped it out back into the food line, then replaced it with what I ordered. I asked them about it after because I have food allergies and they made it seem like it was no big deal. My steak was still moo’ing and tough. I specifically asked if there were and sauces that would be added on my food, was told “no”, then watched them add sauce. Never ever again.

Do yourself a favor and don’t go here! I wish I had checked the reviews first before eating from this place. I got a regular steak plate with chimichurri. At first look, you can tell it’s poor quality steak and it didn’t taste seasoned at all. The steak was chewy and tough especially since it was more on the medium rare side. As for the rice, it wasn’t too bad just slightly hard on the top layer but there were more soft spots in the middle section of the scoops. The chimichurri sauce is probably the only thing that wasn’t messed up. For a $20 plate, NOT WORTH IT!! They didn’t even give me the potatoes that I ordered and instead of asking if I wanted something else they decided to just give me an extra scoop of rice. Despite the reviews, if you still order from here and order steak, please at least order it well done. Don’t walk, RUN away from this place!

Cashier Rizza literally seen us walking to the register and walked to the back. The cook had to go in the back and tell her to come take our order. She comes back out with the worst attitude towards my child and I while ordering our food and rushing us. Breathing hard. Worst experience ever at this location, maybe don’t work customer service jobs if you can’t work with customers.

I ordered the steak plate with steak fried rice and tossed salad and garlic butter sauce. Then we walked around Foodland a little while we waited for the food. When we came back we saw our food waiting on the side all packaged up. So we grabbed the bag and drove home. I was expecting a delicious steak since I heard it was so good. When we got home and started eating we noticed there was no garlic butter sauce. I guess the sauce has all the flavor because the steak had none. I was really disappointed so my wife called them and they just said to “come back”. No apology at all from them especially when we asked for an extra garlic butter sauce but didn’t want to pay $2.00 extra. Tossed salad was a mistake also but for the most part I did like the steak fried rice. Hardly worth $15.00 a plate for a scoop of fried rice, a few tasteless pieces of meat and some hard green leafy stuff I couldn’t eat. Recommend they have someone checking the orders before they tie up package to make sure people get what they order and don’t need to tell people to come back.

Steak was tough, even though it was red. Almost could chew through it. Rice was from the previous day, dry and hard, and this was at 11 am. Felt like cracking my teeth. I got the garlic butter steak, which is garlic butter in a small container next to room temperature steak. So if you like spreading butter on a roll then you will like doing it on a steak.

I don’t know why this place is less than 4 stars- we were hesitant to try it out bc of the rating but we we’re really craving steak without having to make it or pay steakhouse prices. This was the second time we got the steak plate and both times so good!! Perfectly thin sliced, medium rare, and we absolutely love the garlic butter and horseradish sauce. An affordable and good steak plate cooked at the right temps.

Steak and shrimp were tasty but even though it’s fresh cooked, it’s cooked in advance and stored in steamer pans, so doesn’t taste like just cooked. Was good for a quick in and out but not a substitute for grilling out your own steak or making your own garlic shrimp. Not bad but not great either.

The first time I ordered through a food delivery app and ordered their loco Moco. They gave the wrong kind of egg and rice. 2nd time, I ordered a steak and shrimp plate near closing time. I was in person to order it and they bagged it up for me and I went on my way. When I got home I found that they didn’t even put the steak in there. And by then they were closed so I couldn’t take it back. Now today, I ordered through a food delivery app and ordered a steak bowl with spicy tofu, cucumbers and choysum. The steak wasn’t that good, the spicy tofu tasted like it wasn’t fresh and the cucumber were soggy. Very disappointed! I won’t be ordering from them again!
