Haven’t tried the ramen, but will definitely head back to give their food a try! We ordered boba here and it was delicious!!! It was also poring rain outside and the lovely owner made my kids some hot chocolate! Very considerate, friendly and wonderful service. Recommend you give them a try!!!

I recently went to the Hi me cafe in Virginia City and was very impressed definitely some of the best service i’ve had while being up here. I was immediately helped by the owner herself she had a great positive attitude and very kind. I got the Mild beef ramen for $16 which included green onions,corn,bean sprouts,dumplings and beef. I waited less than 10 minutes and the ramen was absolutely delicious. The restaurant itself is very clean,family friendly and a great atmosphere. Great food and people working 10/10 recommend!

I never write 1 star reviews like this, however I am beyond frustrated with the service this place provided.
I had initially paid 25$ for a bowl of ramen and 2 boba drinks.
While it was very packed and I was understanding that my food would take around 30 minutes to come out, after an hour of waiting for a bowl of ramen (toppings included) and two boba drinks I went up to the counter to ask about my order status. The staff had completely forgotten about my order and quickly made me the two boba drinks. When I had asked about the bowl of ramen they told me they didn’t know I had also ordered ramen.
Again, it was packed, so understandable. However a waitress came to me after I sat back down and asked me which type of ramen I wanted. Like I originally ordered, I wanted vegan with buldak and toppings. I was told toppings were not included, and I had to pay an extra 8$ for toppings.
When I finally received my bowl of ramen 30 minutes later, I had gotten the beef ramen instead of vegan. I went back up to the counter for the last time to ask why there was beef instead of tofu in my ramen and I was told “the type of ramen i ordered wasn’t vegan,” (Referring to the buldak).
While I was offered a full refund if I had given my ramen back to the kitchen to be disposed and remade, I was already on a time crunch to get back home and did not look forward to waiting an extra 2 hours for a bowl of buldak ramen that takes 5 minutes to make.
Also, the boba was extremely watered down and did not taste like Thai boba tea at all.
Long story short, forgot about my foot twice, gave me beef when I asked for vegan, made me wait for 2 hours to eat, charged me extra for toppings that were “included,” boba was watered down.

I love this place I go here a lot and it is very good today I got a strawberry milk tea with heart jellys and boba pearls I rate it a 9/10 I also got a veggie and egg Ramen it rate it a 10/10

Food was overpriced and cold . Customer service was bad . I understand that somethings are beyond a person’s control but when I asked if my food was suppose to be served cold and way over seasoned I was told thats how it is if you don’t like it don’t come back staff was very rude .
