Hands down the cutest coffee shop around.
This place is tiny…really small but I have no idea what black magic they’ve done because it doesn’t feel claustrophobic. It’s actually very well done
Claire and Emma are fantastic baristas and they can make a meannnn Cortado (errr Gibraltar)
I also got the Sandstorm (their recommendation) and that tasted great too
The decor is on point and the place has a cool vibe buttttt as I said, it’s a small space, and seating is extremely limited. With that said, I still highly recommend you check this spot out.

This might be the cutest little coffee shop you’ll ever visit. With about 12 square feet of standing room inside, you’ll order from a fun and delicious list of coffees and teas. If Lauren is there, she’ll greet you like you’re a returning friend that she is so thrilled to see again! Her warmth is evident in her kindness and from the love she pours in every cup – even though your coffee is going in a paper cup and might even be covered with whipped cream, she still gives you a lovely form of art.
The last time I was there, Rebecca was there with her, and the two of them make a quick, efficient team. Rebecca, I learned, has been working there for 4 years (this girl knows her coffee!) and makes a perfect mocha. Upon chatting, we learned we had several things in common! I just love the feeling of visiting a friend when these two ladies are there! If you have to wait in line, it’s enjoyable to watch the coffee making process, and you pretty much envy them their time in this sweet, little cottage.
Personal favorite – Aztec Spicy Mocha. 🙂

I came here around lunch time, absolutely lovely atmosphere! It felt so intimate and the staff, I believe Lauren was working (short bob), so attentive and nice! I will definitely be coming back she made this experience better! The pastries were bogo and delicious. Also the flavor profiles and drinks are outstanding!

Super cute cafe. We loved their baked all their coffees. But my absolute favorite is the Aztec hot cocoa. The staff is SO kind. If you haven’t stopped by, definitely give them a try.
Note: there is no indoor seating, but they do have a small area outside to sit and sip coffee.

I forgot her name but the barista was super helpful and really sweet, she even suggested a bookstore for me and my girlfriend to go after. I got the raspberry macha and blueberry scone, both were delicious.
Highly recommend, reasonably priced and a dope atmosphere

I met my friend for an early morning coffee one summer morning before the day got started and Hi Hat Coffee in Mission, KS is a great place to jump start your day! We both indulged in a seasonal creation and enjoyed the outside seating to catch up on life before navigating the day. The cafe itself is quite cozy and they have seating outside. All of this adds to the charm of Hi Hat. This is definitely a place to check out!

Have driven by this place for years. Just visited for the first time and holy cow. One of the best drip coffees I’ve had here in KC. And the two ladies working this morning were super nice as well! Will definitely be back.

Quirky little place. However the charm and coffee out weight the size. The barista was very welcoming and fun to talk with while delivering a wonderful cup of coffee with a bit of history. We have added it to our places to go back
