To be honest, the Hi Five Classic Chicken Sandwich Meal is one of the best chicken burgers I’ve had — way better than KFC and Popeyes in terms of taste. The only downside is the size. The sandwich is tiny, literally about the size of a baseball. So if you’re ordering it, do it for the flavor, not to fill you up. If you’re actually hungry, make sure to get fries or something extra because the sandwich alone is very small.

I’m from Vancouver and honestly, this chicken tastes way better here in Victoria, especially at this location, than any of the Vancouver ones I’ve tried. Everything was super yummy, and the best part was how fresh it tasted.
Shoutout to Annie for the awesome customer service! She was super professional and made the whole experience even better. Definitely coming back when i visit Victoria again

Best fried chicken in the area! The skin was super crispy and flavourful. The fries were especially delicious, even without sauce. A bonus was that the manager was extremely friendly. A great joint, especially for a midnight meal.

i ordered a meal with 4pcs chicken. when we got it, my daughter ate one and found out that it’s spicy.. i remembered i ordered a regular flavour not the spicy so i immediately call the hi five number on google to report the incident. and i think the manager is the one that i talked to, she gave me her number and communicate with me to resolve the problem. she delivered the chicken at our place. thank you so much.

Everything about my first time at hi five chicken, makes me want to rush back for a 2nd visit.
The counter staff service was top notch, and considering the less than stellar location they are in, I was pleasantly surprised by the warm welcome I received.
I ordered the home style chicken burger and jalapeño poppers, both which were made fresh to order.
While I wanted the manager offered me a piece of their spicy chicken to try, it was perfectly seasoned and delicious.
The restaurant was spotless and cleaned to a shine.
My only hiccup, the music is way too loud for such a small space.
I can’t wait to come back
