I’ve heard the burgers here were really good so while we were in the area we stopped in for some food.
Not busy when we arrived so had a choice of seats, and received efficient service through the whole meal.
I ordered a burger and was surprised I wasn’t asked how I wanted it cooked. Was told that it was 2 thin patties so would be cooked through.
Strangely when the burger arrived it was only 1 patty. Although it was cooked through, it was still juicy with a really lovely taste, especially on the grilled outside.
Came with great crispy bacon and cheese, and was served in a nice soft bun with plenty of fries (added extra)
My wife had the toasted cheese sandwich as she wasn’t as hungry. Was perfectly nice, but was just a simple toasted sandwich.
Overall we had a good meal. But for the price I would have expected the burger to be bigger (was on the small side) and should really be able to be cooked medium (not like it was a smashed patty).
I ate a lot of burgers in my 10 days in Atlanta and I’m not sure for the price/size I could recommend this over other places I visited.

Blown away by the delicious food!! I ate my burger so fast, I was only able to get a picture of half of it. I ordered the Bistro Burger with fried. My husband orders the Original with fries. We split our burgers and they were both amazing. The bun was perfectly toasted and crisp on the edges. The pickles on the original made the flavor pop. The fries were hand cut and freshly cooked. Our server was so friendly!! This was our first visit, but I hope we go back!

Had the opportunity to visit Ponce City Market again last week. So many great places to eat but my go to is always H&F Burger. Had the original, a hot dog with cheese and chili and fries. Got an order of chicken livers from Hops Chicken as an appetizer. No disappointments in this group. The burger was cooked perfectly and the hot dog was presented on a toasted bun and had a great snap with every bite. Server was fantastic and engaging. Looking forward to my next visit.

I’ve eaten here before and was very pleased. It’s on the pricey side which I didn’t mind spending occasionally. This last time was a fail. When you pay $35 for a burger and fries you don’t expect the fries to be so stale that they’re not edible. I don’t know how they felt comfortable serving them. Very disappointed.

I bring people to Ponce often & usually say you can’t go wrong making a food choice. I know the rent of these spaces is likely astronomical, but- I ordered a large salad with a well-done burger patty and this is what I got….small bowl, small burger patty, & watered down ranch dressing, just incredibly basic…for $30! I didn’t even get a drink. WAY OVERPRICED & low quality.

insanely overwhelming, guy taking my order looked like he was about to cry and shook his head while taking my order I felt like i was going something wrong. food is mid but fries are good i just feel bad for the poor guy hope his day gets better but lowkey made me feel like i did smth wrong

I had such a great experience at this burger place! The food was absolutely delicious — everything was cooked perfectly and full of flavor. You can really tell they care about quality.
Bianca was especially amazing. She was so nice, attentive, and genuinely helpful throughout our visit. She made sure we had everything we needed and made the whole experience even better. Such a great server!

My experience at H& F was amazing. The atmosphere was warm and inviting. The food was delicious. And the service was exceptional. I ordered a burger with baco, jalapeño and BBQ sauce. Lisa and Bre greeted us and they were amazing! They were welcoming, helpful with menu selections, and extremely friendly and knowledgeable with regard to the menu.
