Wonderful lunch experience with exceptional service. For drinks, Andrew provided great suggestions. We had the Blackberry Bramble and the London Bramble. They were both fantastic. To start, we had the Giant soft pretzel and the Gochujang wings. The flavor of the wings left you biting the bone, wanting more. A surprising hit was the giant soft pretzel. We couldn’t stop dipping the pretzel into the cheese. The Maple Bacon Chicken sandwich had two thick strips of bacon, adding to the tender juicy yet crispy chicken. I had fries instead of the chips. Let’s not forget the Birria French dip. The sandwich was loaded with flavorful meat. On warmer days, sitting outside watching the big screen would be ideal. Until then, come early for a seat inside.

This place is a little slice of heaven! The day we went was too cold to sit outside but their outdoor area is lovely. I got the butternut squash salad with chicken- it was fresh, flavorful and huge portion. I highly recommend the pomegranate dressing. My friend got the blackened cod sandwich- she thoroughly enjoyed it. Good selection of spirits and specialty cocktails. Be aware that the music volume can make conversation a little challenging. Looking forward to trying their brunch!

Food was A++ highly recommend. When you walk in it looks like a miniature golf course littered with seating, canopies and entertainment. They have games for kids and adults a giant outdoor led screen to watch games and events. Inside has a clean crisp atmosphere with a full bar and seating with a private dining room. Will be returning to this restaurant.

Love this place! First time visitor (from Pennsylvania visiting family), and I immediately loved the outside play area for kids, the front patio for adults, and the excellent configuration and decor of the interior. The food was great. I had the smash burger with cheddar, and my wife had the grilled cheese. The service was very friendly, and the owner took time to explain his vision and how the house conversion occurred.
I also really appreciate the excellent branding throughout the restaurant – very nicely executed, from neon on the wall to stickers and other merch. Highly recommended, and we will definitely be back!

Absolutely fantastic experience for Restaurant Week! HeyDay has been a place we’ve been wanting to get to since moving to GVL and it did not disappoint. Bartender/cashier was so helpful and inviting. We got the special and Birria French Dip!

HeyDay Sandwiches and Cocktails is a hidden gem! The restaurant is located in an unassuming house, so you may drive past if you don’t see the sign near the road. However, once you visit, you’ll definitely be back. They have patios set up both in front of the house and in the rear. There is a stage for live music, visit their social media sites for a schedule. Brunch is available on weekends before 3pm. They have Music Bingo on Tuesday nights, cornhole, games, propane heaters, a trailer for ordering drinks and more. It was raining the day I visited, so there aren’t many people in my pics.
Check it out, you won’t be disappointed! Come for the food & drinks, stay for the fun & music.

Almost a perfect experience. A very cute venue with tons of seating. It wasn’t super busy at all and we were able to order fairly quickly. I got the turkey sandwich. My boyfriend got the chicken sandwich. Both were good! The chips were advertised as salt and vinegar but tasted like potatoes in grease. Crispy though so good. My only downside was the cleanliness. There were several tables around us that needed to be cleaned and reset. We were there about 45 minutes and no one attempted to clean them. Such a minor thing though for an overall great time.

First time at HeyDay and we will definitely be back. Sandwiches are HUGE (tons of meat), delicious, and very reasonably priced. Service was outstanding. The atmosphere is fantastic with a fun and flexible outdoor space.

We went on a friend’s recommendation and were well pleased with the tip. Food was excellent – the kids’ smash burger was the size of a normal burger in the UK (!), the fries excellent and wedge salad tasty. Cool vibes in their garden (a nice touch with the Olympics on the big screen), with plenty of parking. We didn’t have a beer, but it looked good and many were enjoying a beverage or two (and we wished we could have had a cocktail)… and it is certainly somewhere we’d visit again if we were coming down to Greenville from the mountains! Lovely spot that seems to be booming.

5/31/24 Absolutely loved the food, interior and exterior dining spaces and the live music. Dan Perez gave a great performance and made Friday night dinner extra special.
The restaurant has a welcoming atmosphere for everyone whether you’re a family, couple or a child of any age.
We tried the HeyDay Reuben sandwich and the Birria Dip sandwich and both were delicious. For dessert we had a Banana Pudding and a Key Lime Sundae. The service fr om the bar to the kitchen to the wait staff were all friendly smiling and helpful.
Definitely a place to enjoy again.
