Amazing atmosphere. Service was slightly slow but very attentive, helpful and friendly! Vibes are 100/10.
Edamame were spicy, with pad Thai flavor, but really enjoyable.
The dips I would skip in the future.
Had the Larb Thai Lettuce cups!!
The Upcountry cocktail was amazing! The swings are a cool vibe.

We stopped by Heyday tonight on vacation for dinner and something to drink. Mason, our bartender, was super nice and very accommodating when it came to our drinks. Dakota was also very friendly and happy to answer any questions we had. The swings were cute while still being functional. My girlfriend loved the katsu and I thought the mahi mahi was great. I would recommend this as a cozy spot with a welcoming atmosphere to grab a bite and a drink.

Great little intimate spot. Food was really good and the Happy Hour menu is available until 6pm. The Tempura green beans were so good, going to dream about that sauce. Drinks were strong and yummy. Service was great and bartenders friendly.

We booked Heyday for our welcome happy hour party for a guest count of around 30. We worked with Justin and the experience was amazing! Justin was super responsive and informative leading up to the event. He was very helpful and they are accommodating with multiple packages to suit your event. We booked the Koi Deck and the space was gorgeous. Everyone had a great time and drinks/food was delicious. Toby and Dakota served and bartended throughout the night and they were also fantastic! Super attentive and very pleasant. I personally had the ceviche. Something to note is that it is in the middle of the resort so there will be guests around you and in their rooms so it’s not totally private, however this did not bother us nor did it affect our amazing experience. Highly, highly highly recommend!

After a lot of disappointing Mai Tai’s and frozen cocktails (in Waikiki and in my life), these were great. It’s no small feat to turn a grasshopper into a fantastic afternoon frozen pick me up, but the bartender let us sample it and off we went! Getting to try the OG mai tai recipe was also fun and very delicious. Not mad at the swings or 6-hour happy hour either.

Had a great time here. I saw the photos online and thought it looked like a fun spot to hit for happy hour on our vacation, and it definitely was. The drinks can be a bit pricey if not happy hour, but they were certainly strong — if that’s your thing!

We didn’t order food, so I can’t speak to that, but the vibes were great and the service was friendly and attentive.

Heyday is connected to a hotel and is right by its pool. I’d say the primary selling point aside from the drinks would be the fun/unique setup of swings at the bar and proximity to the pool.

Would hit it up again if I’m ever in Waikiki/Honolulu!

I do not hype places up unless they earn it—this bar does. Mason behind the bar is a big part of why; he remembers people, moves fast and treats everyone with real aloha. The prices are fair, the drinks are solid and you are never stuck waiting. The crowd is always easygoing and welcoming … the service is consistent and genuinely thoughtful.

Located inside of white sands hotel. We visited this spot and fell in love with the decor. Even checked out their speakeasy green lady. Loved the vibes but the service all around was a bit lacking. Pretty good drinks! Definitely a cute theme.

Note: Kitchen & happy hour opens at 3pm, not 2pm as seen on the old menu pics. Great service from Toby the bartender. Try the Swingin’ 75 cocktail. Amazing extra crispy steak fries. Onion dip & sliders were tasty. Loved that the had bottles & glass pours of Dr. Konstantin Frank Riesling from NY. The swings at the bar will comfortably hold 250+ pounds each.

I travel to Waikiki semi-frequently. When in town we usually visit the same bars and restaurants. We found Heyday while walking around one afternoon and decided to stop in. I’m glad we did, we felt like we discovered a hidden gem.

We were treated to wonderfully crafted cocktails and conversation by our bartenders Kendall and Mason. The pool-side atmosphere and bar side swings are unforgettable. The food selection was also a big hit with our group. I will definitely be coming back the next time I am in town.
