Never coming back. Unfortunately waited for over 30 minutes for a bingsu, and only found out they were OUT of bingsu AFTER we went up to ask how much longer. Weren’t even planning to let us know— and was just going to take our money. Even worse, didn’t 1) apologize nor 2) offer a complimentary drink or alternative to the time we wasted waiting for a bingsu they were never going to make. Put a HUGE downer on Valentine’s Day, I will not be coming back and I will not be recommending anyone ever come here for bingsu. Unacceptable.
