I was nicely surprised by the food menu at Hey Vos restaurant. They feature Latin American dishes. We had the pork chops with green plantains with salad and pickled onions, and the yuca with homemade pork rinds. For apps we had a Salvadoran pupusa ( grilled corn tortilla with grilled cheese and chicharrones filling) and the famous Honduran baleada ( grilled flour tortilla with fried beans and cheese filling). Everything was delicious! The service was warm and friendly. Thank you Ali and Josh! You guys are awesome!!! Will be back soon for the beef tripe soup on the weekend.

This is the first time I’ve ever tried this restaurant and I am IMPRESSED! I highly recommend the Cena Catracha and Baleada. Also, their flour tortillas are to die for.
I had to call the restaurant to order and their customer service was exceptional! I would also like to say that the presentation of the food was outstanding as well. 10/10

Beautiful restaurant! Joshue was our server and was extremely friendly, any questions we had he answered!
Hubby got the “Pollo Chuco” this was HUGE (there is a 25 minute wait on this but its SOOO WORTH IT) and I got the “Cena Catracha” and oh my goodness I loved it. It reminded me so much of the home cooked meals my family would make. Hats off to the cooks! Definitely coming back again!

We were driving through Lubbock and decided to go to Hey Vos because of the great reviews, and it did not disappoint!!! The food was INCREDIBLE!! I had the Bandeja Paisa, and it was perfect! The leftovers were just as great the following day. The staff was friendly and welcoming. I cannot wait to go back next time I am in town!

I’ll start by saying that as a Colombian, I was nervous to try this place… but it absolutely delivered! Great options of different Latin country cuisines. Portions were great, price was reasonable and the atmosphere is fun and it felt like being home! It was too cold to sit outside but their patio looks fabulous for spring and summer. They are BYOB so bring your favorite drink, order the empanadas and enjoy the flavors of central and South America!

Food was great, got the bandeja paisa, and pupusas. Beans and beef were amazing, egg is properly salted, banana was good, chorizo was great, and the chicharron was chicharron. I would like to see it maybe marinaded or seasoned. Pupusas were also fantastic, the Curtido was okay, but we were there at like 2 so probably was a fresh made batch. Overall will definitely be returning. It’s tucked away under the awning, so don’t think it’s not there! Oh, almost forgot about the fresh plantain chips with refried beans and crumbled cheese to dip in.

The people who run this restaurant work really hard for their customers and it shows!

We got the Asado Personal and the Picadita meals and they were both so delicious. We got to try several meats & their fried foods. Everything tasted fresh made and so flavorful.
