This place used to be Paris Banh Mi, but that has changed. Apparently, it is now under new ownership, name, menu, and cook. I decided to give it a try since I was not impressed with the quality of food at the old Paris Banh Mi. This new restaurant is probably one of the best for Pho and Banh Mi in Alpharetta area. The food quality and taste were all delicious. I ordered Special Pho, Pho Filet Mignon, and Chicken Pho. The Chicken Pho was actually good and full of flavor, over my expectation. I also liked the Special Combo banh mi, the fillings were tasty, except for the bread. It was a little harder than usual. But, it was still good, and I would be ordering it again. I assume people still think that they are the old Paris Banh Mi, thus the slowness. Hopefully, they get busier, thus can supply fresher bread. I also ordered a Mango drink and Vietnamese coffee. They tasted great as well.

Decided to drop by here after the grand opening week, so it would be a little less busy! I’ve had Paris Banh Mi from other locations, so I was super happy they opened another spot near me!
Staff was super friendly and got our orders quickly! I had the Grilled Pork Banh Mi and the Peach Fruit Tea! They had some yummy corn dogs that my friend tried, so I’ll definitely have to give those a go next time!
Food came out pretty quickly, and my favorite part about PBM has got to be the bread… it’s just so crispy yet soft on the inside and I love its shape, makes it really easy to eat! I hope to try some more stuff the next time I come!

This is a cute little coffee shop off the main drag. When I visited it was near closing time so there weren’t many patrons. They got our order relatively quickly but it did take a little bit despite us being the only people in the store. We got a half a sandwich and two small desserts. It was decent but a little pricy for the amount that you get.

This awesome establishment was highly recommended to us! I am so happy that we finally had the opportunity to try it!
All I can say is that we were absolutely blown away!!!! I had the vegetarian bahn mi # 8 and the hubby had the grilled pork bahn mi #2.
The bread tasted fresh, perfectly toasted, the flavors were out of this world! Truly this is THE BEST VIETNAMESE place we had in GA! We’re no longer missing our favorite place in FL. This place absolutely beats it! Also family owned and they’re absolutely pleasant! We will be back very soon!!!

Excellent taste and price! Our family had dinner at Paris Banh Mi – Alpharetta for the first time, and we were thoroughly impressed. The food was authentic, flavorful, and such a great value—the pho was especially comforting and even knocked my cold right out! V and Nick provided exceptional service, making us feel welcome and at home. While we came for dinner this time, we’re already looking forward to returning for lunch. Highly recommend this spot for anyone craving delicious Vietnamese cuisine!

Cute little joint serving French Vietnamese food.
The place is clean and cute with very tasty sandwiches, deserts, pho, tea to name a few.
Enough parking in front of the restaurant. Staff is friendly. Price is a bit high but the food is great. You can take or do sit-in.

Coffee roastery disguised as a Banh Mi shop is the best way to describe this establishment. Run by husband and wife team Nick and BT, they serve sandwiches, pho, coffee, as well as bubble tea and fruit tea. The french bread is fresh baked everyday, they even have a placard certifying how french their bread is. The coffee too is roasted in house daily, the owners take a lot of pride in their coffee, beans sourced from Vietnam, you won’t find any Cafe Du Monde here.
The interior is quaint and refreshing, the owners said the furniture is also sourced from Vietnam, verdant greenery line the walls accompanied with fresh flowers and indoor leafy plants. It’s a cute spot, great for having coffee dates or catching up with old friends.
I usually like my coffee black, but you can’t go wrong with their traditional Vietnamese coffee. Decadent, rich, aromatic, even non-coffee lovers will drool at the smell of their coffee. The roast is light to medium, not too heavy on the palate, and great for people who stray away from strong dark flavors.
I ordered the B1 combo banh mi. The bread used for the banh mi is a lot thinner and longer than most sandwiches I’ve had, more akin to a Jersey style sub sandwich with a light crust and very soft pillowy crumb. It feels a lot more refined than the banh mi you get in the metro ATL area. I got mine with extra pate, I love the velvety mouth feel and the lingering umami after you finish a bite. The veggies that line the sandwich help cut through the richness, I personally enjoy the jalapenos but if you’re wary of spiciness I’d ask for it off.
I love everything about Banh Mi Cafe, and hope they get the love and attention they deserve for putting so much effort into their food, coffee, and interior.

We enjoyed the cha gio, Vietnamese fried egg rolls, and the iced coffee; both were tasty. Everyone was very nice, and the soup was yummy too.

Grand opening, so lots of expectations. The banh mi was well filled, and the toppings were good quality. The only gripe I had was the bread, it was just a bit too firm for me, but again it is grand opening day. The beverages were fantastic and the iced milk coffee was STRONG. Very good, will come again

Our family loves this place since it opened. The Bahn Mi’s are on point and the k-dogs are delicious! They cook the k-dogs upon order so they take a few, but definitely worth the wait!
