This place has so much potential to truly be a neighborhood gem, but I had an interaction there with one staff member that was seriously off putting. It was my first time there and the woman behaved arrogant and dismissive.

I don’t say this lightly, but I truly felt the woman at the register treated me differently because I don’t look like their usual customers. It’s really disheartening because overall the experience with other employees was excellent, but this one interaction defined my whole experience and was really disappointing.

This is the MUST GO “World Class” bakery. I have had pastries from all over Europe: France, Italy, Austria, Germany and I would put my $$ on these baked goods against the best in the world.
I added a picture of a Croissant here which I would say is one of the best in the world. Everything there is awesome: bread, cookies, German pretzels, and more.
See the picture of my scrambled eggs and bacon on their croissant! And their pretzel that I started eating before I took the picture ;-).
Erin and James have taken a long journey of learning and practicing to get here, they are as genuine, kind, and authentic as you can get. Everyone they hire and surround themselves with are a reflection of their values, a real family business.
Stop what you are doing and go there, enjoy the fabulous baked goods and support them. Oh, don’t forget the outstanding coffee! Order my favorite, the Vanilla latte. Maybe I’ll get lucky and they will name it after me. Follow them on Instagram, they are fun to watch.

Hey Peach Bakery is such a charming space with a beautiful, delicious-looking display. We had the glazed croissant—absolutely perfect—and the macaroon had great flavor with an amazingly light, fluffy texture inside. The coffee was also very good. You can feel the care and attention given to every detail. Amazing job—highly recommended, and we can’t wait to return!

A place with both great baked goods and coffee? They had a line out the door when I arrived, and it’s understandable why. Most people make their purchases to go, but they do have a couple of tables outside and cups to stay, so we want to do that next time we visit. And we’ll definitely visit again! We ordered a small brioche bun and a biscuit along with two lattes with oat milk. The brioche bun had pareils of sugar on top, which made it more special. And the biscuit was perfectly rich on the inside and crisp on the outside. And they have one person specifically for coffee. It’s a perfect pair.

This is one of the best bakeries I have ever gone! You can actually taste the difference, and notice that they make everything from scratch. I can’t tell when a croissant is from a frozen box and these are not it. The sourdough have a taste of honey and not bitter, my family loved it. Cinnamon rolls are the best, they are fresh and soft, not too sweet. The pieces are not small, so the money’s worth it. I go at least 2 times per month now and I spend between 30 to 50 every visit.

Alert the gendarmes!

A patisserie, stolen from the streets of Saint-Germain-des-Prés, has been sighted tucked away in a tiny storefront on Main Street in Bradley Beach. (The loss of such a cultural icon will not go unnoticed by the French. They are sure to come calling for what’s rightfully theirs.)

Erin, along with her accomplice, James (I suspect these are aliases) are offering fresh, authentic French bread, outrageously fluffy brioche, buttery and flaky croissants, crisp panniers, and a slew of other treats (see photos) out of this tiny shop. She claims to be an entrepreneur, but having sampled nearly one of everything in the shop, I can say with confidence she’s more of a culinary magician.

Not that the Jersey Shore doesn’t deserve such delicious Gallic delights; we do. We do! But, we’ve been promised such delights in the past, by other bakeries, only to be disappointed.

Not so in this case. Go now, before the summer crowds form a line around the block!

They have abbreviated hours, so check before you visit.

Also, I suggest wearing a beret and dark glasses, just in case the cops raid the place and haul the whole, charm-filled establishment—it’s customers kicking and screaming—back to Paris where it clearly belongs.

Pro-Tip: Go early if you hope to buy bread. It sells out quickly.

Love this place, only complaint is the long line outside most days but when you have amazing baked goods that is expected. Everything i have gotten here has been amazing, my favorite are their scones. Omg I dreamt of their blueberry scones and had to get more so I tried the vanilla bean now I cant say which is best but to me these are the best scones. You must try the sesame cookie and the blueberry Danish is amazing. Just ask any of the staff and they will gladly guide you on other treats. I havent tried their bread but i see many people walking out with a loaf or two. I myself have been eyeing their olive loaf. Going here is such a treat and I wish them all the best success. PEACH YOU ROCK!! Hmm I have to get up early and my scone fix tomorrow.

TLDR: Go here…now.
Stopped in for the first time since they opened. They had a really great selection of pastries, bread, and other treats. We ended up with a good assortment and everything was absolutely delicious. Perfectly laminated croissants. Beautiful hand pies. Perfectly baked bread. The folks working were super friendly and helpful just adding to the experience. I can’t recommend this place enough for your pastry and baked goods needs.

Stopped in here this morning for the first time. They were so incredibly friendly and kind and quick to explain everything. Everything was five star. The almond croissant was the best I’ve ever had, they had an olive oil herb cookie that was unbelievable! A Scottish shortbread, -literally, perfect
The cream puff was out of this world! And the Pistachio macaron, which is oversized- was the best one I’ve ever had in my life!
