I really pride myself in knowing when I run across good catfish, and Hey My Baby foodtruck has very good catfish. No muddy taste at all and moist not dry and very good cornmeal batter. And the dirty rice, OMG I thought it was spot on the flavor it needs. I will definitely get more catfish from this truck, it’s well worth the drive. I will keep up with where ever you might move too. I let you know the some others I thought was the best but no Hey My Baby earned a 5+ from me.
