I went here with some coworkers and it was amazing! Our waitress was very helpful explaining how everything works. I got wagyu beef, chicken, and some pork belly – plus a bunch of veggies. You make your own sauce with more veggies and oils, combine it all, and it cooks at your table. We also got dumplings and potstickers and egg rolls and ice cream. My friend got crab and shrimp, he said it was delicious. I will definitely go back. It’s a little pricey but it’s all you can eat.

Hot Pot does an incredible job with their broths and ingredients — everything was delicious! Melissa was our server and she is one of the most delightful humans I’ve ever met. Waited an hour and 15 minutes for me to come to our table for our soup. By the time it got there, our soup had boiled down to almost nothing. And the meat was so tough. And we ordered just about all the meats you can try. All were tough, no taste in broth. And we had four different broths, they do have a stationary of where you can get different sauce is at, but that to me, is just weird ombu is Layton waaaay waaay better

So tonight, my daughter and I decided to try this new place. It is freaking amazing! I highly recommend this to anyone that enjoys Mongolian barbecue, Korean barbecue, or any other kind of barbecue that you can think of. I’ll be coming back with my friends, my work colleagues, and the rest of my family. I recommend you ask for Melissa. She was patient enough to explain to me how the ordering system worked. Last night (02/29/26) my son treated me to to a wonderful new experience. We dined at Hey! Hot Pot. It was amazing. Our host, Suman, was friendly, knowledgeable, and so patient. Since I was new to the hot pot experince, Suman ensured everything was explained clearly and his recommendations were excellent. He was very attentive to all the customers in his section and his crew members need for any assistance they might need. The food selection was simple, yet varied enough to satisfy. The restaurnt was clean and with delightful decorations all around. Thanking my son for the experience, I now have another place that I will definitely be returning to. I recommend Hey! Hot Pot and I hope many more try it. Thank you Hey! Hot Pot.

We absolutely love this restaurant! We make a point to come every single week! It never disappoints and is extremely consistent with the quality of the food. Melissa is always our server and I’m not just saying this, she is the best server we have ever had. She personalizes with her customers and is so engaging with our children!! Absolutely 10/10 for food and service!! Can’t recommend this more☺️

Tried this restaurant for the first time and it was pretty great. Melissa was a fantastic server and explained how it all worked really well. It was easy to understand and she made sure to keep coming back and checking on our table without being overbearing at all.

I absolutely adore this place. We come here as often as we can and we always get Melissa as a server! She’s always so sweet and attentive whenever we go! How the food tastes is always usually on how you cook it and what you use to season everything! We go here so often Melissa has now memorized us as regulars and she always makes us feel so special! 10/10 would 10000% recommend this place.
