The establishment is well taken care of and has a nice natural lighting from all the big windows. Upon entering on your left will be the buffet style of fresh ingredients to add to you ramen bowl. This was my first time doing something like this and I was super impressed with the quality of ingredients as well as the surplus of options available. Your bowl of ingredients is paid for by the pound so be careful and be decise on your choosings. I ended up paying like 25$ for 1.43 lb of a ramen bowl. It comes out huge with plenty of broth and a great meal to share with others! I did with my daughter and I spiced my own bowl after giving her portion. They also have pre determined best seller choices where you don’t have to build your own ramen. Furthermore, On a cold day this was so nice to have when I was feeling a little bit under the weather. Although my order was made wrong at first I did enjoy the ramen and experience and would definitely try the establishment again!

Glad to see there are more and more Asian restaurants open in Columbus. This new Chinese hotpot place was fantastic. It could be the top one in my list.
I got whatever I wanted from many options of fresh vegetables, proteins, and noodles. There were many authentic Chinese dishes, such as intestines and fried eggs. I chose the spicy broth which tasted amazing without too much oil. The sesame dipping sauce was my favorite with sugar. Everything tasted amazing.
There were also some Asian rice combos and shaved ice. Service was excellent. The price was reasonable. They provided some discounts because of grand opening. Cannot wait to come back.

Very fresh and delicious! At first there was sticker shock over the price, but for what you get it’s actually reasonable. You don’t realize how huge the soup bowl is until it gets to you. I definitely had more than enough to bring home and enjoy! I got the bone broth which was tasty, and adding the numbing spice oil, garlic, cilantro and chili oil made the flavor pop even more. Next time I come back I will get less of the heavy fillings (rice cakes) and prioritize the meat and veggies :). That will probably bring the price down more, since they weigh it per pound. I definitely recommend trying Hey Broth out!

We checked this place out on Friday and absolutely loved it. Great meat and seafood options at an affordable price. The only criticism I would have is that the mala-tang was not very spicy; I was expecting a chili/peppercorn-infused broth but it tasted more like they just added a little chili oil over the bone broth. We’re excited to try the dry pot next!

Very excited for Columbus to have a malatang spot. Decent selection of ingredients. Was disappointed that they refused to give me extra spicy when I asked for it. They told me to use the chili oil and chilis from the dipping sauce station to make it more spicy, but I had to use so much they ended up making the broth taste bitter.

I never left a review after I went a couple months ago but wanted to make sure I left one. My wife and I went around the time they first opened. The staff explained the process to us if we wanted to build our own ramen—there’s a buffet-style wall of ingredients you can choose from (meats, seafood, veggies, noodles, etc). Throw it all in a bowl and pay by the weight. Then you choose what broth you want. Only reason I gave 4 stars is because they mistakenly flipped the broths on our orders (my wife ordered it with tomato broth and I ordered it with chicken? broth). However this turned out to be good because I actually preferred the tomato broth and my wife the chicken. So minus 1 Star because of that mistake but it actually made my experience better so do with that what you will. The food was delicious. Potatoes were a little hard still so probably wouldn’t add those in the future but would definitely recommend others to go. You get a very large bowl that is hard for most people to finish in one sitting and they do have to-go containers for you.

We went on a cold day and it hit the spot. Staff was really friendly and gave suggestions on what items to try. There were a lot of ingredients to pick from and the veggies all looked very fresh. The spicy mala broth wasn’t spicy but I was able to add things to make it spicier. It should be noted that your bowl has to weigh a minimum of one pound. Would come back to try other things and the bingsoo.

I ordered the teriyaki chicken to go. The staff and friendliness was top notch. The food was fantastic and the portion was enough for 3 meals for me. I will be back. Absolutely the best I’ve ever had.
