Went here for the first time tonight. I honestly didn’t think it was open. It looked messy from outside. Sign on the door saying he’s out for delivery please check back or call a number. I pulled the door and it opened. Dirty is the wrong word. It was just an absolute mess. Boxes and papers all over the place. But inside the freezer and the mixer were clean which is why I didn’t walk out. Prefer the taste of carvel over Hershey ice cream. He was very friendly. Won’t be returning.

I adore Hershey’s ice cream! I looked up online to find this place. The ice cream is wonderful! The owner is very friendly and accommodating. My only criticism is with the appearance of the store itself. It’s piled full of boxes and looks like someone just moved in or is moving out. It definitely needs an upgrade and redecorating.

I think this place is really cool for being one of the only ice cream spots that stays open late in LI. The owner is welcoming, funny, and happy to welcome new customers in his store. Overall, the store have a variety of ice cream flavors and I can tell by the popularity of orders in ice cream shakes that the owner makes it good. Plan to come again soon

Says it is open 24 hours and when my friends and I arrived door was locked and it left a number. We called and the owner had a disgusting attitude and was acting like we were inconveniencing him while he clearly can’t manage his hours online and leaves his phone number written on paper on the front door

Store says they are open 24 hours It said to call a number to get someone in the back to come open the door. I called the number someone answers and gave me a nasty attitude saying that they closed at 11 and when I said I was confused because the Google page said 24 hours they said well I un confused you owner was extremely rude.

What drew me here were the mention of vegan options. I was expecting one or two but there were probably 10! I settled on a vegan one that tasted like orange and vanilla creamsicle! The owner was really nice and took time to explain everything. They even had vegan cakes and vegan ice cream sushi! One scoop of a vegan flavor is $4, dairy is $3.
