I practice gratitude in my daily life. I take this opportunity to share with you a delicious and delightful experience. It’s a busy Saturday afternoon and a hot one in deed. Owners and employees where so attentive. There was a sudden visit of a senior English bulldog. Just dropped on to the cool floor. The owner got him a scoop of ice cream , adorable. I ordered a butter pecan ice cream cone and was given a sample size cup of peanut butter cup milkshake. Recommend this establishment.

Me & my boyfriend had to go here because he made it sound so good explaining it from when he went as a kid and let me tell you, it is sooooo good!!! They didn’t have this on the menu but when I asked for it they said “if you want it we can do it!” They are truly amazing people making other people happy with all the delicious items they have for sale ! Definitely make sure to stop by and grab something refreshing whenever you see it ! <3 The guy even ran all the way out to the parking lot to give us our brownie that we forgot ! They are both so sweet and deserve all your money haha

Disappointed and Frustrated
We had a very disappointing experience here. My 6-year-old daughter tried a flavor of ice cream that she didn’t like, and when we asked if we could change it (after just one taste), the manager refused. Even when it was clear she was crying and upset, there was absolutely no empathy or effort to make the situation better. I understand policies, but a little compassion—especially when dealing with a child—goes a long way. Unfortunately, the lack of customer service and basic kindness ruined what was supposed to be a fun treat for us. We won’t be coming back.

I appreciate the response, but I have to be honest—it feels more like an attempt to defend your policies than to take responsibility for how poorly the situation was handled.
Saying there were “inconsistencies” in my description is a subtle way of accusing me of exaggerating or being dishonest. I stand by everything I said. My 6-year-old daughter left your shop in tears, and your staff showed very little empathy or willingness to help in the moment.
Offering samples doesn’t excuse what happened after. A child not liking a flavor isn’t the issue—the issue is how dismissively we were treated when we asked for help. Hiding behind health regulations is convenient, but good customer service is about finding solutions, not excuses.
You had a chance to turn a small problem into a positive experience, and you didn’t. That’s what we’ll remember—not the ice cream.

The employees are unpleasant and stingy. A cute teenage boy in front of me got the same thing i did and his was well made and mine was not. So, unless you strike the fancy of the girl working you’ll get tiny scoops with a lot of attitude!

Very good ice cream! Husband got a peanut butter, caramel cookie dough malt and the employee gave me a sample of it! It was yummy! I got salted caramel in a large cup and very good! Wonderful treats and very nice! They’ll make you a shake out of any flavor, too!
