First-time buyer here! My husband visited the store for takeout, and we ordered the Turkey, Ham, and Cheese with LTM, salt, and pepper. Let me just say—wow! The sandwiches are packed with meat. At other sandwich shops, we usually buy a whole sandwich and split it into two meals each. Here, we’ll easily get four meals because of the generous size. We love a good deli sandwich every now and then, and until now, we hadn’t found one where the quality truly matches the price. We’ll definitely be back and will recommend this place to friends!

This place is amazing , kudos to the owners. Sandwiches are delicious, if you haven’t tried this place yet ,do so. Warning, It just might become your favorite sandwich shop. Prices are great too !!!!!

Ever since new ownership portions have been reduced prices went up, initially i called them to let them as I appreciate small businesses. I even paid extra for extra portions and still received the same portions as a regular. Disappointing to see this business going in the wring direction vs historical service

I ordered 2 hero platters from here on very short notice and they were able to accommodate my needs quickly. They had great customer service and even offered me a drink on the house as I waited. The meat, veggies, and cheese were very good and tasted incredible fresh. However, I would love to see them explore different bread options for their sandwiches. If they decide to explore different bread option Hero King would definitely get more business from me. So because of the bread id give the food 3/5 and the service is definitely a 5/5 in my opinion.

Not all heros wear capes but some come in loaves of bread. Friendly service. Lots of meat in sandwiches and filling. The pastrami sandwich and the Italian were really good. Worth a trip if craving yummy subs.

This place is so worth it!!! Bought two number 4 Italian subs and from the quality of the bread and cold cuts to the friendly man and woman working there…HATS OFF!!! YOU TWO TOTALLY NAILED IT!!! What I mean to say is that they went above my expectations. Definitely going back on Friday to try the lobster rolls. It’s nice to see people who care so much about what they do and they are truely outstanding. I wish them all the best.
***Update*** Got the lobster rolls today!! They rock!! Very delicious. This is my new sandwich spot in Nutley, NJ.

Staple sandwich spot in Nutley, NJ. The subs are big and beefy. Delicious. Service is quick. Small space so nowhere to sit and eat. Take out only. Would definitely eat there again. Service was great. Friendly and kind staff.
