This used to be one of our favorite places, then it changed hands. It definitely isn’t the same as it was before. For one thing they served us lemonade that was totally warm and it didn’t have any ice. There are no alcoholic drinks. We had two babies with us and every time we asked for napkins we had to go up to the counter and he would give us two. Each time just two. The food was not great. We were literally the only people three on a Saturday night and still service was slow. One of our sides, rice, was never delivered but we were charged for it. The air conditioning was apparently not working and it was incredibly warm inside. We ordered quesdillas, which wwre good, and the guacamole was good but it comes with just four chips and our chipa were never refilled, so eating it was awkward. We won’t be returning unfortunately.

Only thing worse than the food was the service. The waiter seemed annoyed to be there. He forgot my drink twice. The pork tamale was old and reheated. Salsa was tomato paste with no spice. Corn taco tortillas were uncooked. A 2yr old little girl walked around the restaurant without supervision. I was alone, and she sat at my table several times! She also threw the sugar packets and napkins from the empty tables & some of the full tables on to the floor. When the waiter saw the mess on the floor, he asked me who did this, and when i jokingly said that I did it, he shot me a dirty look and walked away. The napkins and sugar stayed on the floor until I left! I don’t know if anyone ever cleaned it up. I was not in a hurry, so I waited to see how long it would take to get my check. I sat for 23 min checking email on my tablet & I couldn’t Take it any longer so I had to ask for it. He never came to my table after giving me my food. Even when I was done, the plates sat on the table when I left. He never asked how was everything , prob because he knew the answer. Don’t go here.

Decent local mexican place, good tasting standard mexican fare quickly delivered by a friendly staff. No Michelin starred quality, but good. No booze or beer, so no Margaritas for you.

Thought i would try it again after it changed names. I was very disappointed with the food and service. Yet another example of a poorly run business. You know it will not be open for long, when you mess up a simple carryout order. I ordered the taco dinner and he gives me the option to get flour or corn, then explains the flour is $.40 more per taco because it cost him three times more. Then i added chips and salsa which was $1.50 on the menu, but said it was $3.80 and they forgot to change the menu price. Forgive me if i am wrong, but how do offer a complimentary chips and salsa for people who eat there and charge almost $4 for someone taking out. So he began to make excuses why the cost is so high. He said the bag of tortillas were expensive and they give more for carryout. I get home and see my food and what a joke. I literally had 10 chips in the bag and the tacos were very small. The rice had no flavor and the steak was rubbery. I will never go here again and i felt like they robbed me with a dinner for one at $13. IF YOU ARE A BUSINESS OWNER PLEASE READ THIS: YOU CAN’T GET MORE BUSINESS BY CHARGING MORE FOR LESS. IT ONLY WORKS ONCE AND THEN PEOPLE DON’T COME BACK. THE SIMPLE LESSON SHOULD BE – GIVE THE CONSUMER A GOOD PRODUCT AT A REASONABLE PRICE. YOU SHOULD SURPRISE THE CUSTOMER WITH LITTLE THINGS (SERVICE, EXTRAS, LARGER PORTIONS, ETC…). A LITTLE GOES A LONG WAY. IF YOU SELL MORE TACOS YOU MAKE MORE MONEY AND YOU RECOOP THE COST IF YOU DIDN’T NICKLE AND DIME THE CUSTOMER FOR EVERY LITTLE EXTRA. THIS PLACE WILL FALL VICTIM TO ANOTHER FAILING BUSINESS AND I GIVE IT 6 MONTHS.

Food was only ok. They stopped selling alcohol, no air conditioning on the hottest day of the year with a 100 degree heat index and flies everywhere. So disappointed. Will never go back there again
