I really was surprised with how awesome my food was! The customer service was SPECTACULAR! The hotdogs were super affordable & could be described as heaven on a bun! I would stop by again to try out other items on the menu for sure! There’s also an outside porch to dine in with decorative flowers which was pleasant to see!

Absolutely TERRIBLE!!!! What is this presentation?!?? I ordered a Twist ice cream in a cup with rainbow sprinkles TO-GO! This is disgusting!! I didn’t even think to open the bag when they gave it to me because how do you mess up soft serve??? Drove 30 seconds to my house and opened up the bag to see this: DO BETTER!!!! Also why would anyone have to pay EXTRA to have their milkshake be thick?! Overpriced and terrible service, don’t waste your time.

They made the first item on my order then forgot about me. Finally had to ask where the rest of my order was. This same thing has happened to me twice. About 2 years apart. One just feels stupid standing at the window waiting and waiting and finally having to ask where the other item is I ordered . The rest of my group was finished with their food by the time I had mine. The employees were working hard but you need to be able to read a order receipt.

we rode an hour and a half to eat there, they said they were open online, and they were closed with a handwritten note on the door saying they were closed due to staffing issues. we were tired from riding so we sat down at table on the porch. within 30 seconds, two employees materialized and said we needed to not sit there too long, then stood there until we got up and got off the porch.
we sat on a parking bumper in the parking lot until an employee asked us how much longer we were going to sit there.

This place is a Cute, Unique, old fashioned style, ice cream, and quick variety food stop. There is a few seating inside and seating outside as well. I recommend you to stop in and try a few things on the menus!! good selections of soft served ice cream, sundaes, snacks, etc and regular foods, even coffee from a local place! Good prices as well and cool, nice, atmosphere and friendly, helpful staff and quick service.

The girl manager that was on was rude. Gave us melted ice cream and then when they gave us a half full milk shake she grabbed it back n got pissed off. If u don’t like your job it’s simple quit. Very unpleasant. Will not return. Do not recommend to anyone.

Update 2025 – we came just now to give it one more shot. The short:
1. Super slow
2. Inaccurate orders
3. Way too expensive compared to competition
Don’t waste your time.
It used to be “Good ice cream and inexpensive”. But now my review is “larger prices and smaller portions”.
I’ve been coming here for 8 years. This year, the prices jumped considerably and the portions are much smaller than before. If I have to drop this much for ice cream, I’m going to the competition in Kutztown. At least there i get a reasonable amount for what I paid.
We’re done coming here.

This place is great. The food is delicious. This time we stopped for some soft serve ice cream only. It is so good!!! Lots of room to eat indoors and they have an outdoor area which is covered with a roof. The staff is so nice. So many great food options.
