A happy accident led me to discover this amazingly yummy place! Originally I wanted to go somewhere else for Mexican food, but available parking ended up landing me right next to Hermanos. Being lazy, I decided to give this place a try since many of my pals mentioned this place.
I got the taco salad (though with less cheese). DEFINITELY GETTING IT AGAIN! Whew, the beef was tender, ample veggies, a great taco shell (they must be gatekeeping a secret recipe), and the sour cream, guacamole, and salsa completed the dish perfectly. Smelled great, looked better, tasted even better.
My photo of the house burrito might make it look a tad small, but don’t underestimate how big it actually is! You’re gonna be full after eating it; it’s filled to the brim with rice, beans, cheese, onions, olives, tomatoes, and MEAT. The tacos are great, and the pork was the most tender thing I’ve come across in a while.
Waitress was very nice and explained every menu item so I could ponder over what I really wanted. Nice vibes, impressive second story view to enjoy whilst eating.

If I could give this place more than 5 stars, I would immediately! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted so warmly and helpfully. The server went above and beyond with my order to ensure my vegan meal wasn’t overcharged. I got the build-your-own nachos and I must say, they were probably the best vegan nachos I have ever had! The lovely server even offered me fresh chips for all the extra toppings I had near the end of my meal. Absolutely wonderful place and I will definitely be back!

Hermanos seems to have gone downhill since the ownership change. The “large” order of nachos was an entree plate with one layer of nachos. I ordered a chimichanga for my entree. The side refried beans were cold and tasted like they had been sitting for hours. The side rice was dry. The chimichanga lacked a lot of flavor and was very bland.
Overall, I just don’t think they are serving fresh food. It’s disappointing because this used to be a decent spot for Mexican food in Concord.
And now I will edit my review after your low level effort response. Your food is bland. Period. Your food is dry. Period. It is not freshly made. Anyone with a pallette can recognize it. The ownership transfer is clear. Hermanos is no longer good. We ordered nachos and got a plate of a few nachos on a plate. I ordered a chimichanga and got cold refried breans, dry rice and a chimichanga that could have come out of a 7/11. What a joke.

I’ve never written a restraunt review but this needed to be done. It all started with a reservation made for my family and I on Valentine’s day. We called ahead and were seated directly in front of 2 bathrooms with a 10 inch circumference pillar next to the table. My 6 year old son put his winter coat back on because every time the door opened we were met with frozen air. The smell from the bathroom was a constant to help set the mood. The table was sticky with some unholy substance and we tried to remedy this with paper towels from the bathroom. Luckily it wasn’t too far to get them. The mild and hot salsa were simply chopped tomatoes and onions or chopped jalapenos. Still edible even though we were charged for chips and salsa and received it with our meals. The side of cornbread was so dry I looked for the con air logo on it. The vegetarian chilli was terrible and our server even tried it and agreed. My margarita was in a tiny glass and tasted bland. I couldn’t even eat the refried beans as they tasted like pure water. I don’t know how this was even possible but somehow the laws of physics were bypassed to accomplish this. I was really excited to try a new place but this was simply confounding. Somehow I paid 100 dollars for 2 kids meals a comped chilli one adult meal 2 terrible 4 dollar sides and a side enchilada.

This place is most certainly a hidden gem ! The atmosphere is not pretentious Mexican themed: basic decorations that make the place pop. The staff is both friendly and attentive. The garlic nachos are a MUST! We also had soft chicken tacos and pulled beef chimichangas: absolutely delicious! If you are looking for Mexican cuisine in New Hampshire, come here!

I have been going to Hermanos since they opened on Pleasant St Ext. in Concord. I go prepared as to what I’ll want b/c I want it all. One thing I can’t go without is their Kahlua pie!!! Settles the heat down! I moved away from Concord but go back to Hermanos about once a month. I have never been able to find anything comparable. The prices are crazy affordable, the atmosphere is one big party, and the staff are superior!

Bland and expensive. Large nachos were tiny and tepid and cost like 25 bucks. Probably the worst restaurant I’ve been to in a couple years. I noticed other reviews saying the food was bland, and it is. I don’t know how a place like this can make food this bland, it is quite an accomplishment. But if you get through the bland meal you’re in for a treat…the bill. $125 for nachos, empinadas, and a couple tacos, no booze. Oh, and you have to pay for chips and salsa. And let me tell you, that salsa…bland, surprisingly bland. I dont know what they are doing or thinking but they should read their reviews, nobody likes the food and these prices are insane, especially when the meal was complete garbage.

The food at Hermanos’s is bland and the margaritas are so small they come in rocks glasses. The portions are pretty small, too—no queso on the burrito. They also up-charged me $7 for steak in my burrito when the menu description said “your choice of protein.” It doesn’t make sense because without a protein, the burrito would have been practically empty.

I’m not a picky eater, but the food here had no flavor. I actually couldn’t finish what I ordered because it was all so bland. We paid extra for chips and salsa and got a cup of diced tomato and onion. While the food was bad, our server was nice.

The restaurant rooms are simple and the atmosphere is very comfortable casual. The food, ah, the food is a wonderful mix of flavors and textures that are traditionally based but so much more complex. Try the Street Corn dip to start, then the fish tacos. It’s all good!
