Was here with my wife on a last minute early New Years Eve dinner. Didn’t expect they would be able to accommodate us last minute, but there was an open high top in the bar area that was perfect. Service was everything that would be expected in a restaurant at this level – excellent. Food was excellent as well. We shared several small plates and salads which were all very good. Wedge and Heritage salads both excellent. French onion soup excellent as well. Expansive bourbon list. They said over 400 bottles and based upon the menu I have no reason to disagree. Some bourbons were priced a little dear, others seemed very competitively priced. They also offer several flight options that seemed very interesting.
We’ve been here before, but it’s been a while. Based upon our very positive experience will look to return soon.

First time here. The food was real tasty and cooked too perfection. The steak was perfectly cooked and great quality. The fries were crispy on the outside yet buttery on the inside. The vegetables were amazing and the mixed drinks were well balanced. The service was second to none and the place is very clean. Highly recommended! Well done.

Went on valentine’s day and had a great time! The waitress was fantastic and super friendly. Me and my husband split the porterhouse steak and it was perfectly cooked and we loved the presentation while she cut it table side.

Came here with my sister for drinks before xmas. We ordered some food off the happy hour menu. Had the duck patty melt, smash burger and smoked salmon tater skins. Although some of it looked better than it tasted the manager Joe and waitress Jen made up for their hospitality. Drinks were the best part of the evening. I would definitely come back and try their steaks.

Easy 5 stars all they way around at Heritage! Went last weekend and had the BEST Wagyu ( local from Southington, OH). Our server, Lilly, was very knowledgeable about the menu, accommodating and helpful. The food and drink speaks for itself; this is a must try and in the top echelon of CLE fine dining.

Delicious meal! Can be hefty prices but nice business dinner. I have dietary restrictions and had to get shrimp with scallops- no oil, no butter, grilled, no sides and it was exactly $60. That was bizarre to me. The other priced items made sense. Appetizers were delicious. Overall tasty meal and I would recommend coming here – especially on a formal occasion.

We had a large party and were seated in a private room. The space was comfortable and well-designed, with adjustable lighting options (on, off, or dim) and small lamps on each table that created a cozy atmosphere. Water was already set out when we arrived, and the menus were neatly placed on the plates.
The service was excellent. Multiple staff members checked in throughout the meal, making sure everything was perfect. They cleared used plates and silverware between courses and explained how the dining experience worked, noting that sides would be served “family style” to share.
I ordered the 6 oz filet, which came with bone marrow and was perfectly cooked, tender, and full of flavor. For appetizers, several of us had the French onion soup and fried artichokes, both of which were absolutely delicious. For sides, we enjoyed steak fries, whipped potatoes, dauphinois potatoes (my favorite), and grilled asparagus. Every dish was exceptional.
Overall, the entire experience was exceptional — from the atmosphere and service to the incredible food. I’ll definitely be coming back in the future.

Great place. The food was amazing!, Great atmosphere! We celebrated our friends bday . Our waitress was great & Very accommodating. As well as the manager.. everyone was very friendly, except one. But everyone else’s kindness made up for her “weirdness”. I posted it in my story on IG & tagged them. & They even viewed the story . Will definitely be going back!

good experience. everyone loved it here! specifically the beef carpaccio, oysters, creamed spinach, burrata, & mousse cake were all really good. i also loved the sauce/gravy they had for the steak. the service was really good, attentive & on it. our server even remembered i wanted to place a to go order & reminded me to. everyone commented on how relaxing & chill the music playlist was, that’s huge for me too. would love to return soon.

Waitress was very nice and atmosphere was nice also. Food was good but couldn’t been a lot hotter. No steam coming off our food and they stated bread was coming out the oven,I don’t know what kind of oven they use but our bread was cold.
