I cannot tell you how much I love this place, even though it’s a bit out of the way for me.
The salad bar always tastes fresh, and when I’m observant enough to be there for their pastas, it is fantastic.
But the pizza… Considering the Parlor’s focus is the pizza, it should be no surprise that they deliver absolute quality. Here, there is none of the grease that turns one’s stomach, like you get at some other pizza buffets. The crust is always crisp, and the ingredients are top-notch.
At a comparable price to other, more established buffets, it should be no contest: Heritage is the best pizza buffet the Fort Smith area has to offer.

You have got to try this pizza. It is simply amazing. So fresh and hot. They have specials all the time. I am getting the three pizza special tonight for my family. The staff is out of the world as well. You have got to bring your family to try this amazing pizza. They have buffet as well everyday and starting a Sunday night buffet. You know you are hungry so give them a call to order take out or call ahead to order in. You will not regret it. Yummy to your tummy.

Just ate lunch there, not only was there no hot/fresh pizza the salad was all completely brown. After reluctantly making a salad because I was hungry, I sat down to eat it and found a long black hair in it. My hair is short and brown. I told one of the workers who just looked at me and took my plate away. No apology or offer to make things right. Will never go back, nor will I ever recommend it to others. If I could give it 0 stars I would.

New restaurant and very welcoming when you enter. It only gets better with the great wait staff. We ordered the buffet and was asked what type of pizza we wanted and few minutes later out comes 3 hot from the oven delicious pizzas. We will be back again.

Only complaint is they don’t keep the buffet supplied with the regular orders like pepperoni, chopped cannadian bacon, cheese, etc, enough.Everything on the buffet had sausage on it, or was a weird specialty order that didn’t get ate. Waiter was very nice and prompt though.
