A really Delicious Ruben around the Bangor Brewer area. Good Drink. Recently February 2023 They started opening for Breakfast. It is Very Delicious! Hollandaise on the Hash Benedict is Very Tasty The Corn Beef is Homemade, French Toast is Very Tasty, Home fries are Tasty and the Strawberry Pineapple Mimosa is Tasty.

The onion rings delicious , the crab cakes were really good , so so on the butter lobster roll though it was a good portion of lobster , the red beer was excellent

This restaurant is one that cannot be missed. 5 star service from management and staff. The Reubens are to die for. Onion soup was out of this world. Great beer and crafted cocktail selections.

Worst. Ribs. Ever. And the customer service was just as bad. Was ignored for at least ten minutes before having to pay an outrageous price for a dinner that I wouldn’t even feed to a stray dog. Don’t waste your time or your money. There are gas stations in either direction with better food that is actually edible.

Had a nice evening with friends, celebrating a 65th birthday. Had a table at the back of the restaurant side, which was quieter than the tavern side that night. Our server was friendly and engaging and he was obviously experienced and efficient. The owner came over to say hi, but we were getting ready to leave and she was called away. The food was fresh and tasted great– comparable to more upscale establishments. We all ordered the more casual pub-like items, but the pricier dinner meals are tempting for future visits. No one had drinks or dessert that night, but those also looked good. Might get back once more before I leave town for several months. If not, this will be a go-to restaurant when I’m back next year.

Well this was a nice surprise! A hidden little gem of a place. The food (we had shrimp and scallops) was excellent and well presented. Portions aren’t huge but definitely adequate. Nice variety of menu choices. We will definitely come again!

Excellent in every way. We decided to have a late lunch/early dinner and hadn’t been to Heritage for a while. Sat at the beautiful bar. Barry was excellent in serving us as always. Richard had been hoping for baby back ribs and they had one order left while tonight’s ribs we’re cooking. Richard said they were excellent and the beans best ever (he always says that about Heritage beans!). I had never tried the pizza and it sounded good so had the Buffalo chicken. It also was excellent, thin crust, just right spice. Sorry they don’t have the lobster items, but understand why.

Most tender calamari we’ve had in Maine. Sauce was different, good, and spicy. On the side would have been better, but definitely liked it and would order it again. Portion was a bit small for the price. Mac and cheese was plentiful and tasty… not salty at all! Good drinks as well. Service was a little slow but waitress/bartender had a great personality. We’d go back!
