First of all, the atmosphere here is nothing less than phenomenal, nay, Extraordinary. Jake, Brian, Alyson and D.J. are collectively the GOAT of sushi/ hop haus brewery service in the south-west region of Idaho, and this place would be NOTHING without them. Get the Heavy Metal roll. Trust me.

The only reason I gave them 4 stars is because they were out of a lot of the dark brews. Otherwise it is a great place. The bartender is knowledgeable and super friendly. The atmosphere is nice. We were on the second floor, below the restaurant. It’s just a nice bar to have good drinks with good company.

Excellent place for a beverage of choice & yummy sushi! Very comfortable friendly place in downtown Meridian. We ordered wings for an appetizer and were not disappointed! They were priced by the wing but if you got 10 of them it was in “the same ballpark” as the other apps. They were the perfect blend of crispness & sauce. We ordered a couple sushi rolls & they were excellent too.

My wife and I were regulars for quite some time as they were just perfect in all regards and it was our little getaway. We hadn’t been in a few months and it took longer than expected to get our very simple drinks, the appetizer took 20 minutes maybe more, the food itself took close to an hour, the food quality was a drastic decline in what we were used to. The wrong sauce was used on both of our dishes and the ingredients seemed to have changed as what was once an amazing sushi roll apparently tastes like old fish bait now. And the final topping was the amount we paid in full plus tip for the food…. ill be sticking to another bar we have close to us that always has great prices and low wait times even on their businest nights, with great food and amazing people to boot. I truly hope this was a one off and no one else has any experience like this to ruin a birthday celebration. But as always cheers to wait staff as some familiar faces made the experience a little bit better but unfortunately for the time being we won’t be returning unless we hear that whatever changes they made have been undone, as most people these days I don’t have the time or money to be wasted away on an experience leaving me estastic to finish what I’m drinking and leave.
