This coney has an affordable menu. The food is consistent. Salads and soups are fresh. Breakfast food is tasty including reasonable omelettes and flavorful large pancakes. The service is amazing and the place is comfortable and very clean!

Update: 5/7/25 eggs were not over medium, and one yolk was broken ?? Sad day for this place. I’m not sure why the waitress would even deliver this to the table ??? Waitress was not Sam. 5 stars down to 3……Quaint little diner. Sam (Sam i am), our waitress, serves her customers and tables well. I have been here 2 mornings in a row because of her. Update 7/20/25 well, 3rd times a charm, they say. Nope….again, our waitress wasn’t Sam, some young girl. Service was terrible, and the line cook couldn’t cook eggs at all. Presentation looked like a 5 year old cooked and plated it. Again, this mess was delivered to the table. We won’t be back, and unfortunately, I recommend you go somewhere else too. If Sam ever leaves, they’re screwed.

Update: We stopped by for lunch… My goodness, their garlic patty melts are fantastic! We got onE chicken and one beef patty. Highly recommend!
Even though we have lived just down the street since they’ve been open, this morning we finally made it to this fantastic cafe.
I had the breakfast special and my wife had the mini breakfast. The food was delicious, It was served fresh hot, and quick. The Mini breakfast is a perfectly sized for normal people. Sam I Am, our server, was super friendly and very attentive. This will now be a regular stop for us!

The biscuit gravy had the right amount of sausage with a nice zing to it, not runny not to thick.
Also had a coney dog with chili, onions and mustard.
Chili flavorful and the bun fresh and soft.
One of my favorite places to eat.is now under new owners.

Horrible food, horrible experience. The owner and the waitress don’t know a thing about customer service spent $16 on 2 coney dogs on hard crusty buns, chili cheese fries with solid cheese on it and a can of pop . Don’t eat here! Go to Leo’s quality coneys good service.

Best biscuits N gravy I (we, family) have ever had at any restaurant! That alone is totally worth the drive! All the food was awesome! Country fried stake breakfast to die for! The owner could be more welcoming especially to his regular customers but to everyone. That is apart of customer service and it keeps customers wanting to go back. However, he is a great cook. We love his wife she is super sweet and very welcoming.
