I always go to the smoke shop next door and I figured I’d stop in here and grab something to eat. I was not disappointed in the least bit. One of the best milkshakes that I’ve had in all of the Seattle area. I ordered the fish and chips and it was absolutely fire. Was served my food in under 5 minutes. Delicious, fast and worth the money. I would much rather eat here than at Dick’s burgers to be honest.

Stopped in as one of the closest places to eat.
Burger place that is supposed to be made to order. Entire restaurant was empty. Literally like a min after ordering I had my burger. Which I know takes way longer to cook than that.
The burger looked a bit mangled and looked like it had been microwaved. As the lettuce tomato and bun were soggy.
Fries over done and looked like they had just been tossed in deep fryer to be reheated with an uncooked fry in the mix.
Really nice lady though.

I know it’s not the best part of town but there is no excuse for the restaurant to smell like funk, old nasty dirty water and grease. Health dept may need to visit. Restroom not messy but it also smelled. One of the last Herfys in the area sad. I always liked their items. I had to take it to go cause I’d probably not enjoy eating in the restaurant.
Three stars only because the lady was so nice and sweet greeting me. She had a good auntie feeling about her.
Please do I deep cleaning and I’ll change my review.

My salad was just ok. Meat was way over cooked and tough. Nothing special or worth $11.00 I bet their burgers are good.

I happened to be at the Wells Fargo next door around lunch time so I thought I would try this Herfy’s. Unlike the one near me in Renton, near IKEA, this one is not sitting well with my stomach. I got what i usually get from the one by my house: the club sandwich with curly fries and a small side of zucchini.
A plus that none of it tasted greasy, but a negative that it is very much “kicking back” after finishing eating, and I’m getting the feeling it isn’t going to stay down much longer… My stomach is all over the place from it…
Key notes:
– Food tasted good but is not settling in well.
– Counter clerk is great, with a great energy and attitude.
– I did notice that the place could use a bit of a cleaning. It doesn’t look bad when you are in there, but I noticed a couple of sticky surfaces on my way out that shouldn’t be sticky.
– This one is on me, but the health inspection sign in the window, I’m pretty sure it said “OK” on my way out, which is a 2/4 for standards/ratings from the health board.

Had high hopes after a recommendation, but burger was well done and fries were burnt. Not sure if it was one off today, but was not good

The fish and regular burgers are good. They have pina colada shakes so I was excited to try here. I got the shrimp and oysters seafood combo and cheesesteak to try. The seafood was good but the cheesesteak was so wrong. It was so small and bland. There is not enough meat for the whole bun, so you will have to eat it like a pizza. No condiments, seasoning or veggies like lettuce or tomatoes. I don’t think I will be trying anything else here. A little disappointed.

TL:DR 3-3.5 Stars, an okay burger, but not worth the price.
It’s definitely an okay burger but it lacks any of the impressive qualities that a similarly priced product in the area would provide. The restaurant itself is one bad day away from being in disrepair. I would consider going back if there weren’t better places literally a couple blocks away.
