Da Silva Hospitality group is reviving the classic Hereford Grill, with a renewed focus on quality, traceability, and sustainability in all of our cuts of meat. From the moment we walked in, the experience was flawless. The entire team —managers, servers, and assistants— greeted us with a smile and made us feel truly welcome. Service was attentive, warm, and professional throughout the evening.
The appetizers were delicious, beautifully presented and full of flavor. The steak was, without a doubt, the star of the night: cooked exactly as requested, juicy and of excellent quality. As an Argentine who grew up eating great steak, I can honestly say it felt like home. Even the empanadas were outstanding, authentic, and packed with flavor.
To finish, the dessert was the perfect ending: a flan that was rich, smooth, and had that homemade touch that makes it unforgettable.
Overall, it was a spectacular evening. Definitely worth the visit —not only for the food, but also for the atmosphere and the outstanding hospitality. I truly recommend it and will definitely be coming back!

The truth we ate delicious, we went to an hour when there were not many people and it was perfect, they took care of us excellently since we entered. During lunch we were attended by Michelle, who with her excellent smile, made lunch more pleasant and I must name Andrés who also showed off with his attention, it is very important to feel very well taken care of. The unbeatable food and the very nice place… I recommend it at 1000%.

I travel the world and dine in some of the best steakhouses. I went here 2 days ago and I have to tell you since ghe moment I stepped in, the decor, the ambiance, wow they reopened with great choice. The wine wow the best from Italy, the RibEye steak was the best, perfectly cooked and not much seasoning, a good steakhouse uses salt y ya !!!! , we could do better with deserts. Please make sure you come to this new reopening you will not regret it !!!!! I forgot the names of all the personnel but they were all amazing, thank you one more time

We came back to the Hereford Grill after several years. It has improved a lot. It’s excellent. Everything, the food, the service and the ambiance. We were a group of four and had Picanha, Filet Mignon and the New York Steak as main dishes. As sides we had yuca, the kojak salad, the avocado and tomatoes mixed salad and the Caesar salad. For starters we had the morcilla (blood sausages), mixed arepitas with cheese. Everything was excellent. Te meat degree ok cooking of meat was the best. A-1.

The renovation took away the essence of the old Hereford Grill. If you expect to enjoy the same food as before, unfortunately, that’s no longer the case. The restaurant has gone through a complete visual transformation, but the food is not what it used to be. The branzino was disappointing, and although the meat was okay, it was not like before when you could truly savor it. The portions are now quite small and expensive. It no longer feels like a family restaurant, but rather a place designed perhaps just to impress someone . The same happened with three “organic” carrots that were overpriced—after eating two, they immediately asked if they could clear the plate. I’m not sure I will return as I used to in the past.
