Grabbing a late dinner while traveling for work. Exciting to find this place as I could walk too it from my hotel and not worry about delivery and one that also offers GF substitution. I know its a burger joint but seriously to not do a lettuce wrap is nice (but they do offer that if you prefer!) Im not even done eating but this needs a review. Often Im getting thick dry buns when I go places that have GF substitutions…. but this was good, the burger itself delicious but to not have a dry gluten free bun was just heaven. I did a pick up order and it was being bagged up as I was walking in. Crew was friendly and efficient and welcome me in. Place is clean and plenty of seating if your with a friend group. Definitely will come back anytime im in the area. Thank you!!!! Also, if you’re wondering price I got a double cheeseburger with GF bun(comes delux style), large fries, drink, and GF brownie with tax was $24 seriously for what I got price was a steal; so again Thank you!!!!!

Burgers are on par with Five Guys, if not better. Easily.
Fries legit taste like McDonald’s fries, I think they used the same supplier or something, and there’s not a heart attack worth of salt on them. But enough to be enjoyable.
Honestly this is my favorite local place for burgers period. Its become a regular for me and my partner when we want some takeout/ordered food.

Ordered delivery. The burger was perfect. The loaded fries were sub-par. Barely any onions and the box wasn’t even completely full. The schenectady location tends to disappoint. If you want a good burger and good loaded fries consistently go to the Albany location! They are so friendly and the food is consistent.

This place is absolutely disgusting, maybe the ownership should visit with their eyes open, has the place been cleaned in months? Probably not if they have ZERO pride in their dining room they can’t have pride in the food. Only diet soda available in the machine the cooler had only old style coke bottles and two bottles of water from Walmart. I was excited to try a local burger joint with a vegan burger. I got the Vegan Single. Vegan patty was basically a crunchy piece of black charcoal. When I tried to send it back I was told that’s how they come. I had asked if their vegan Herbie sauce had anything even remotely hot (spicy) in it, as cancer has left my mouth extremely sensitive to spice. I was told no. My mouth was burning afterward. I will not be back.

Stumbled on this burger joint and was honestly impressed. The burgers hit the spot—juicy, flavorful, and cooked just right. What really stood out, though, were the shakes. You can mix and match flavors, which is a nice touch, and they’ve got vegan options too—both for the shakes and the burgers. Big win for anyone plant-based. It’s definitely on the pricier side, but you can taste the quality, so I’d say it’s worth the splurge

The milkshake was a simple vanilla with no real depth of flavor. For a better shake recommendation, 5 Guys definitely deliver.
The staff were very friendly and quick with the order. The layout of the restaurant is also very vintage diner style. Overall, the service was excellent.

Saw that this place was across the street from the hotel we’re staying at and decided to eat here for dinner. Service was really good. Food tasted great very filling.

Skip the loaded fries, and go for the tenders if you don’t mind them being a bit dry for an excellent crisp. The Jalapeño aioli recommended to me by the lady was great— and so was her caring energy. Would go back and try the burgers

First timer at the Schenectady location. Ordered ahead so the food wasn’t as hot and fresh as if ordered and eaten right there. Still, a solid 3.5 stars. The burger was tasty and the toppings were fresh and chilled. The chocolate shake was good, not great. The shoestring french fries were decent. Clean place, friendly staff. Worth a try.
