It was not welcoming at all my first going in there they just stared at me asked about a few drink all they had to say “ they all good” instead of what I ask what was best for a diet referring to a shake. Then the take was noting I expected it was nasty. Didn’t taste anything like cookie and cream just powder.

We like to visit Herbalife locations for their energy teas when we travel. The girls at the counter were nice but seemed to have limited knowledge on the products. The drinks were on the chalky tasting side so not sure if it’s due to not using genuine products or what but we’ve never had one where it was chalky tasting. One of them tasted like jello. It was an okay experience overall but we didn’t return while visiting due to the drinks not being at the Herbalife standard they should be.

I used to love coming here ! The recent visits I had, I’m not sure anymore.. as a loyal customer it’s very disappointing how much the service has gone down hill. I usually call in the morning to place a to go order where I can just pick it up before work. Well today I walked in, wasn’t greeted & my order wasn’t even made yet. As I was leaving, I didn’t get a Have a nice day or Thank you. As far as the smoothie bowl & drink I ordered, smoothie bowl was a 10/10 but my drink just tasted like chalk.

I love their loaded teas when I’m in the mood for it to taste more refreshing. They have plenty flavor options. I find what sets them apart from others in the area is that they aren’t as “strong”. I can sip them and it’s simply refreshing. They don’t leave a powdery texture or taste and they aren’t super tart or sour. Customer service is fair. It’s mostly teenagers, but they are polite and respectful.

Wasn’t greeted when entered. Also I really wish the nutrition places in the daux and surrounding bayou areas would have a 3-in -1 or kitchen sink option for those of us whom like everything. The girl at the counter offered a sour type of tea I’m more of a sweet tea type. She stated most people like Emerald Isle I think it was called. It was really good I like how she offered the whip blended and also topping it. I only like mines blended. It’s just trying to pack in protein, caffeine, all the vitamins, plus collagen & beauty is pricey. When most places have kitchen sinks/ 3 in 1s that combined all the tea options together plus aloe protein etc. The tea tastes great. Mind you these teas with everything in run 12$ elsewhere. A regular tea is about 10/11$ and a beauty I believe is 8/9.
