Wow!!!! We just came to try it out, but we couldn’t resist ordering a bit of everything! The curry chicken was incredible and the pulled pork was moist and delicious. Our whole family loved every bite and the kids cleared their plates. Fast, friendly, service and amazing food at great prices. Even the vegetables were super tasty. Everything was super fresh! Totally recommend for everyone!!

It’s awesome to get something different around our little quiet corner ! Henry’s Mamacita is absolutely delicious !!! You’re greeted with a smile upon entering and not to mention persuaded in by the amazing flavorful smells wafting through the air OUTSIDE of the restaurant! So far, I believe we have a tried a bit of everything. Empanadas are so flaky and soft, every single meat we’ve tried (pulled pork, stewed chicken & ribs) are literally falling off the bone tender, juicy and flavorful. Everything is so fresh! It’s literally like walking into your mum or grandmas house and getting a plate of fresh home cooked food, made with love! 10/10 !!! You gotta try this place !

Took my mom here for lunch and it was a wonderful experience! I’ve never left a review before but this place truly deserves the recognition! The man helping us was so kind and explained everything, the food was delicious (the homemade empanada was the best we’ve ever had), and the raspberry passion fruit refresher was so tasty – can’t wait to try the mango and strawberry one

I moved away from Hartford a little over a year ago, and when I saw this new place I just knew it was gonna be exciting. I was thinking it’s something new in the neighborhood, and hopefully it would be a place I could always run to instead doing the Chinese or Fast Foods. Well after trying their food out I wasn’t impressed at all. I had the chicken and rice; and complained to my husband that I could’ve done a better job at home. He told me I should go get a job on the weekends and bring some of my Caribbean cooking flavors to the table and help them get more customers. So to the Owner if u need the help I’d definitely come and help out. I’m Jamaican, American and Panamanian and I definitely love to cook. Me opening my own spot in the area has always weighed heavy on my mind

My husband wanted try a new place for lunch. Omg we love this place. The food is awesome. Fresh and hot. Pulled pork and ribs are to die for. I have never found a place that could make collard greens but holy smoke I love theirs. We highly recommend this place. Great flavors and awesome seasonings.

Amazing food and service, Henry’s Mamacita needs to be on your list of places to try! I love Spanish foods everything we had was nothing but delicious. The decor and vibes are awesome and I love the Spanish dance music in the background as it makes the experience that much more lively and fun. We’ll definitely be back!

What can I say about this place- it’s so hard to put it into words!!!! Henry’s mamacita is exactly what Putnam needs- amazing, AMAZING food. I got the pork ribs and I don’t even like pork and they made me LOVE pork!!! They fall right off the bone. Everything is seasoned and cooked perfectly. The atmosphere of the shop is homey, warm, and perfect. If you go anywhere for food- go here. We will be returning and are considering going back for more today!!! Thank you so much for choosing Putnam. We love you!
