My husband and I went to Enjoy a pre-anniversary dinner. Parking close to the restaurant was very limited, so we ended up having to drive over a small bridge in the rain with very little lighting, then walk back to the restaurant. It was extremely dark, and we had to use our cell phones to guide us.
When we arrived, we were originally seated in the middle of the floor, right in the path to the bathroom, which wasn’t ideal. I can’t remember our waiter’s name, but he was very friendly and attentive throughout the evening, which we really appreciated. The drinks were on point and the food was pretty good.

Awesome Saturday Brunch! Limited menu, but our selections were amazing. Definitely recommend the Banana French Toast. Great service, reasonable prices, open bar for a brunch mimosa. A+

Absolutely loved my dining experience! The chicken marsala was tender and flavorful with a rich, perfectly balanced sauce. The calamari was crispy and fresh, cooked just right without being greasy. The oysters were incredibly fresh and briny—definitely a highlight of the meal. To finish, the cheesecake was smooth, creamy, and the perfect amount of sweet.
There was a little wait time; however, we enjoyed not being rushed and being able to talk and laugh, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Every dish was delicious, and you can really tell that care goes into the food. I would definitely come back and highly recommend it!

We love Henry’s. It’s a local Hudson Valley gem that’s often overlooked. The views of the grounds at Buttermilk Falls is stunning. The service is great and the food is always delicious. The upscale cocktails menu leaves me with indecision often. I always want to try them all. This evening in May out on the deck I had a mule. It was wonderful.
They do change their menu seasonally so these items may or may not be available as shown exactly now.
I dined with a friend. We both had pasta dishes. Hers had sausage, veggies, & orecchiette pasta. Mine was a delicious rigatoni eggplant & other veggies option.
Dessert was also wonderful served with cappuccino. The berry crumble bake was dreamy. This chocolate dessert was decadent and rich.
Love that Henry’s uses lots of locally sourced ingredients. Go support your local Hudson Valley farmers with an upscale treat in Milton, NY.

Made and confirmed a brunch reservation on Resy for my husband’s birthday and drove 40 minutes to the farm only to find the doors locked and the restaurant closed. I called both the restaurant and the inn with no answer. Emailed them as well and no response. Another couple was there with us who were equally frustrated.
Incredibly disappointing experience on what should have been a special occasion.

While staying at Butttermilk Falls Inn & Spa we hade a wonderful dinner at Henry’s. My wife and daughter had been here earlier in the year for a girl’s weekend and raved about the restaurant, so I was eager to see for myself. I was NOT disappointed. The atmosphere was inviting and the staff was friendly. We started with drinks and appetizers—a spinach vichyssoise soup with 6-minute egg special along with a shared Prosciutto and peach pizza to set the stage. We both had perfectly prepared fish entrees—wild salmon with lemon pesto quinoa and chickpea puree for my wife and pistachio-crusted Chilean Sea Bass over a celeriac puree with shaved fennel for me—delicious!!! Barely had room for dessert but glad we persevered. The creme brulee was smooth with a glass-like crust and a satisfying crack while the key lime pie was equally yummy. All-in-all, the experience was enhanced by the great service from our server Peter who was as engaging as he was attentive. We had such a good time we want back the next night for drinks and dessert. Looking forward to returning again.

I was so deeply disappointed by this place last night. I made dinner reservations for our 11th year anniversary and I was excited since I was here about 10 years ago and we had such a fabulous dinner and time. I wanted to recreate that experience but unfortunately it never happened. We walked in the lighting was terrible and the music came from a 2000 16 year old iPod. I ordered a Margarita to begin and it wasn’t terrible but nothing to make me feel like a great start to the evening.
Place an order for the baked clams and they looked so big I thought they would be perfect but texture was mushy as if they were defrosted placed in a microwave and served to us. We couldn’t take a second bite. The waiter was very nice and apologetic and suggested we get the fried calamari instead and it wasn’t terrible but AppleBees has better taste. I ordered the Ahi crusted tuna and it was the worst of all. It had zero taste I looked old and again probably frozen then microwaved. This was supposed to be a great restaurant and I’m not sure what happened to it. My hubby and I shared the steak that was the most eatable food despite being a bit in the salty
We left dissatisfied, miserable and disappointed.
I hope the Owner does a kitchen revamp and brings back the Old Henry. Where the atmosphere was high end the lights were dimmed, the music was to par and the drinks and food was delicious.

This was our 3rd trip to Henrys. First one was amazing food & staff were great. 2nd time was not a great experience. Food was great but the restaurant was under staffed and caused delays. Hoping our second trip was a fluke we tried again last night, what a mistake. Over an hour to just take a drink order, 2hrs for food. The truffle fry appetizer was good but the entire main course was rushed. Appeance of food wasnt great, and it was worse to eat. Steak was ordered medium, was served medium rare at best but still extremely chewy for the cut/cost. Chicken parm came out extremely spicy.? This dish was ordered in the past without this issue. Burger was the only thing that came out decent but cold. We extremely regret not following the several other tables that left after waiting an hour for drink orders. From the start staff seemed overwhelmed, and there were plenty of open tables the restaurant was far from packed. A table near us the ordered after us received food first, when we asked the staff for an update we were told “2 more minites”. About 15 minutes later our food arrived (hence above statement of it seemed rushed). We were perfectly content with the delays and staffing shortage until an off duty employee or family member arrived and staff had time to gather by the hostess stand and talk but not enough time to service patrons. In short, we were willing to deal with delays but after mismanaged staff and well below expectations on food, we will not be returning for a 4th visit (2/3 trips extremely disappointing). The property is beautiful, but would also recommend ice melt and sand in the parking lot/driveway my wife slipped on our last visit (luckily I was able to catch her and avoid injury) and again this visit was extremely treturous, I pulled the car around to pick the up at the door which disappointed my daughter who wanted to get photos from the lit bridge. Also a note, both bathrooms were out of hand soap, 1 of 2 out of paper towels, and the bathroom with a swing door will not actually latch to secure close.

What a hidden gem! Henry’s at the Farm is such an amazing find- went here for a friend’s Bachelorette Brunch- I live only 25 minutes away and I wish I knew this place existed sooner— everyone loved their food and drinks- I am the hard one in the group since I have some dietary restrictions and the server was a champ and made some suggestions of changes to some dishes and meal was perfect- everyone loved their cocktails- and mocktails which were creative and beautifully presented. The service was great- the dining room and bar were beautiful and the grounds and farm also gorgeous- next time hope to come earlier to explore the property more- what an amazing place! Looking forward to the next occasion to return.

I recently visited Henry’s on the Hudson in Milton, NY, and I must say that I was impressed with the elegant dining experience. The atmosphere was great, and the attentive waitress made us feel welcome from the moment we stepped in. The only downside was that it was a bit on the pricier side.
I started with the deconstructed beet salad, which was okay but not quite what I was expecting. The tasty and fluffy bread made up for it though, and the full bar was a nice touch. The food was made to order, and the service was fast, which was a plus.
One thing I wish was different was that the staff could be more diverse, but overall, the quality of service was good. I think this would be a nice spot for a fancy date or a subdued family dinner.
Henry’s on the Hudson has great parking. All in all, it was an enjoyable dining experience with great atmosphere, good food, and attentive service. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for an elegant dining experience in Milton.
