We were exploring the Santa Fe Plaza—super cute and all within walking distance from our hotel—when we stumbled across Henry & The Fish. Such a great find! The staff was awesome and so friendly. They even accommodated a special coffee request order for me, and it came out absolutely delicious. A cozy spot with great service and a welcoming vibe. Highly recommend!

It was a cute little cafe for breakfast!
My coffee shaken and stirred was delicious!
Curried chicken salad croissant was refreshing. The croissant was buttery and tasty. The curry flavor was a little extra but I can imagine the chicken salad tasting really good without the curry flavor too. It was a good breakfast choice though.
My friends got the avocado toast and the avocado was fresh and tasty. Just needed to add a little salt.

Our family popped into Henry & The Fish for breakfast and it was wonderful. The place was charming, our pastries, egg sammies and juices were delicious and we even met the owner, an incredibly nice guy that made us feel very welcome, even with two active little ones squirming around. Definitely a good spot for a foodie looking for something tasty.

Found this place from a friend and I can’t get enough of their pistachio rose matcha! My husband goes for his usual with the blackberry Ube matcha. Plus the food is beyond tasty and I love the jerky snacks and sweets on display. This is a go to place for something new and delicious as well as more authentic and higher quality ingredients used.

I love this place so much!! I work on the plaza and often get lunch here, they are always extremely fast making orders, accommodating, and kind! The food is always delicious too and the quality is consistent. This is my top recommendation for everyone, whether you’re a local or visiting. Perfect place to grab lunch while exploring the beautiful Santa Fe plaza. 🙂

This place makes the best Mexican hot chocolate I have ever had. We tried turmeric latte as well and it was delicious. Cool little spot to have coffee, brunch and get some work done. The staff is nice and kind. There is some outdoor seating options too. Highly recommend

Spent $33 with a friend only to be berated by the housekeeper for trying to use the bathroom. Owner acted like we were a problem. If he can’t provide a public restroom to paying customers than he shouldn’t have a business. He then started screaming at my friend for smoking a cigarette outside. Used to love this place but after spending so much to be treated so disrespectfully I can never return. Owner could not even apologize. Just went on and on about how he couldn’t afford to lose his license. All this over a simple request to use the bathroom.

Every time we go to Santa Fe, I find a new favorite coffee shop. On this trip Henry & The Fish became my new favorite. Such great coffee not to mention the fantastic breakfast we had as well. It’s located on the left side of W. San Francisco St before you get to the square. The only negative is that they don’t open until 9a. But make sure you get there early as they fill up fast. Also note, they do have additional seating in the hallway just outside the restaurant which you can’t see from the street. The staff was so nice and helpful. And the art is amazing and unusual – Matchbook art. This is a MUST visit in Santa Fe.
