It has exactly the kind of classic diner vibe you would expect with friendly quick service and solid comfort food. The hh breakfast sandwich was insanely good and packed with flavor, the French toast was just okay and I would definitely come back again.

Let me start by saying, I am a biscuit and gravy snob.It was my first visit but it won’t be my last. I ordered the biscuits and gravy meal and added a side of bacon extra crispy. The food was delicious. The biscuits was large and the gravy was very creamy and had a good sausage flavor. The bacon was crispy and the eggs were cooked exactly like I ordered them. I saw someone order a cinnamon roll that had to be 4in by 4in. Next time I go I will have to try it.

Sat on patio which was a great option – friendly &fast service – food was delicious with large portions – they have their to go pancakes in a pizza box they are so huge! Rachel was very attentive – lots of coffee refills – thank you!
Update – got the 2 go order of pancakes- couldn’t even cut them w a steak knife – like trying to cut rubber … maybe it would be better to eat them hot in the restaurant

This is my second time at a henhouse cafe to get the very large pancake! The pancake is obviously very large and it tastes amazing!! Its a lot of fun to bring friends and take on the challenge

Almost got killed by a bird welding maniac while eating my food!Glorified hotel breakfast that feels like an asylum! If your looking for a Waffle House with the same atmosphere as a doctors office this place is for you! Worker wouldn’t let us sit down because we had outside drinks, sorry we won’t buy your over priced watered down coffee hun . Solid white walls; not a single decoration in sight, wasn’t looking to eat breakfast in a white box but ok- ig this is what people mean when they say corporate minimalism. I’m writing this while waiting for the food so let’s hope it’s good! I do notice that the coffee maker is the same one in the best western!
Update: guy outside backs his truck ONTO THE SIDEWALK and almost hits the glass of the neighboring building, guy gets out of his car with a PARROT on his shoulder. If they let the god damn bird in and not my Dutch bros we gonna have problems

We came late in the breakfast rush and got seated right away, with friendly service and tasty food like strawberry French toast and giant blueberry pancakes. A few small details could have been better, but overall it was a good brunch spot.

We had breakfast at the Henhouse and tried the corned beef hash and machaca beef skillet with drinks. The fresh orange juice was amazing, the coffee was just okay, and the server was kind enough to let me swap bread for a giant cinnamon pancake that tasted like a snickerdoodle. The place has plenty of seating and is a solid spot for breakfast lovers.

Jess gave a great recommendation for the Machaca Eggs Benedict special and suggested adding the green chili sauce. I am SO glad I listened. I really hope this becomes a permanent fixture on the menu because it was delicious. Great service and great food, as always!
