So last night me and my husband went to get chicken and I placed the order for a 10 piece dark before we get there since we live in Grand Prairie. We get there and go through the drive thru to get our food and the guy with the curly hair was nice per usual but we get home ready to eat and it’s not what I ordered at all then on top of that we were given old chicken like it had been sitting out since they opened or they cooked it in old grease. We were all so upset and that was too much money to just throw away. I called several times and the number goes nowhere.

This place was not the top of my list first I couldn’t substitute my fries for a diffrent side I even offered to pay a upcharge. I used the bathroom and it had no toilet paper napkins or soap but at least it was clean. The music was kinda loud and had no filter so i would be aware of that if your coming to sit with kids, and I could here the cooks in the back whole conversation. the young man who took my ored was nice and didnt mind answering questions. The food took a Lil minute to come out I ordered gizzereds, and one wing and the blue raspberry kool-aid. The kool-aid was good very sweet but I like mine sweet, and the food was very good. At the end they gave me some extra gizzereds to accommodate the long wait.

This Henderson Chicken was absolutely amazing! I stopped in to pick up some livers for my mom, who is very particular about how she likes them cooked. When the cook asked if I wanted them prepared exactly the way she prefers: fried just two minutes longer for that perfect extra crunch without being burnt—I knew I was in the right place. The attention to detail was epic.
The customer service was excellent, and the chicken came out hot, fresh, and perfectly seasoned. I loved every bite. This is truly good food for the soul.

*** please spend your money else where I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!! *** we want to support small businesses but when they nickel and dime you….. I rather go to Williams chicken!!! Went today around 6:30pm. I enjoyed the original chicken from the original Henderson back in day. What a surprise I got here, the girls body language was just awful not to mention her attitude. Everything is extra I was going to spend $40 for 6 pieces of chicken. If I wanted to sub fries for other item that was $1.50 when I was done with order she then asked if I wanted seasoning on the chicken? This was standard back in the day however if opted for the seasoning that was extra too. Changed my mind and cancelled order and the girl still had the audacity to ask are you sure?

Omg WHOEVER is the owner of this establishment needs to get there and get ther quick service takes 4ever I was in drive thru over 30 mins 2 get a 5 piece with the 2 cars that were behind me reversed finally where I could reverse and leave I went next door to gas station pumped gas got some gars drove back over told the lady I was the one in drive thru who placed the 5 piece wing order and was trying to sew if it was ready she stated let me fix that I only have 4 wings I replied ill take that while waiting on my order a gentleman fixing someone else’s food no gloves picks up corn nuggets with his bare fingers and placed them in a gentleman’s order and then proceeded to wipe his hands on his pants and fix another order I asked the lady at the window if she didn’t mind fixing my order because that is un sanitary I watched her take her gloves off replace them with new gloves and fix my order long story short thos Grand opening is about to be a grand closing if the owners do NOT step in … This is my second time and was thinking they had to work out yhe kinks NO still a 30 to 40 min wait ridiculous!! I will just drive on down to the one on camp wisdom!

Customer service was extremely disappointing. I placed an order for a ten-piece dark at 7:52 p.m. and was told it would take about 20 minutes. However, we didn’t receive our food until 8:34 p.m. — nearly 45 minutes later. Several customers who arrived after us, including those in the drive-thru, were served first. There was no communication & no sense of urgency. Waiting that long for chicken is unacceptable.

Visit for the first time on a Saturday night. I’m fairly new to the area and wanted some good fried chicken. I’ve had chicken from the other Henderson locations so I expected the food to be just as good. To my surprise the chicken was better. Juicy, fresh, and scrumptious. The customer service was EXCEPTIONAL!!! Shout out to the owner(s). Didn’t take too long to get my order. I will be definitely be back
