This is one of the worst chicken places anyone could go too in all of the DFW area. If anyone knows someone that works for the health department. Please tell them to put this Henderson Chicken on the list to inspect.
We got some livers and they were burnt and nasty. The fries looked old and hard. When I squeezed the pepper it was bubbly suds that came out.

I have a question for the owner of Henderson chicken I want to order a five piece wing meal that you have on your menu. The only thing I didn’t want was the french fries I wanted the pickles and the pepper and the bread. The server told me if I did not take the french fries they charge me for each piece of wings that I got. I purchased only the wings but they don’t give me my pickles, peppers and bread. I paid the price for just the wings. I will not return to this Henderson chicken again for the rest of my life. I do not understand that, but I would like a response from the owner of this company. How does that work with logic does that make from $10 and something for with the fries and peppers and pickles can you charge me $17 and something with just the chicken doesn’t make sense but you got plenty of business so I guess you’re good at missing over people.

THIS IS THE WORST LOCATION IN THE FRANCHISE!!! All of these employees need to be FIRED immediately, they are rude, disrespectful and disregarding of the company and the customers.
They NEVER put seasoning on the chicken, don’t even ask if you want it and then they put your pickles and peppers on top of the bread…WTH??!!
PLZ go to Cedar Hill or Lancaster but NOT DESOTO…Louisiana fried chicken is also 1 mile away – GO THERE!!
Lastly, we had to wait 15 mins for 6 tenders, ridiculous!!

First with the service, it was good. Dude taking my order was swamped, but was keeping everyone behind him chill. The food was priced well and a good portion. 4 piece dark, with a mountain of fries, jalapeno, pickles and two pieces of bread for $10. Chicken was well seasoned, and so were the fries and they didn’t get soggy before I got back to the office. I would for sure recommend this to anyone, they had a line wrapped around the building, and I don’t know what the hell a chicken back is, but everyone was super sad they didn’t have any. I’ll be back for sure.

I was visiting Dallas and was looking for some good chicken and was told about this location and I wasn’t disappointed at all! The lady taking the order was nice and smiling the whole time giving Great Customer Service. The Chicken and fries was fresh, crispy and well seasoned! 10 out of 10!! Definitely will be my go to spot when I return.

They moved next door in the old Sonic Burgers location. The wait was a bit long , but the food was better, fresh tasting and not as salty or greasy. The young man at the window with Dreads, was kind, patience and very customer oriented. I didn’t mind the lil wait.

Their liver and chicken gizzards dish is the best I’ve ever had of any of the few chicken places that bother to have it on the menu. The breading is SO good and fries to perfection. Skip every other place if you want gizzards and livers.

Chicken wings was fried too hard. I believe they were sitting until I ordered 4 wings. They re-dropped in the grease. Horrible. They were dry and so were the fries, hard and dry. I’m a sweet potato pie lover, theirs was too light and did not taste at all like sweet potato pie more like, sugar and that’s it. Do better Henderson’s

HORRIBLE experience. I’m from Michigan, was recommended to this place..i sent my son to purchase us some chicken at about 7p. It seems they refried the chicken, it was dark and tooo much Cajun seasoning.. it was terrible I returned it the next morning. I was DISAPPOINTED AND DISSATISFIED.. I WON’T GO BACK
