This was the most delicious fried chicken I’ve ever eaten. Not only was it flavorful but it just fell off the bone. Juice and crispy! Wow. Worth the price and good Koolaide too. Not to mention the pecan pie was amazing. Service was kind and informative. I now have a new favorite chicken place!

Really enjoyed the food here. Did not have to wait too long for a fresh meal. The portion sizes were proportionate to what I pay which is refreshing. Can’t wait to come back for a third time and try something new. That three piece with fries continue to call my name. Also worth noting the great staff. For me, it goes a long way to see people have a positive attitude while at work. It tells me everything about the company culture.

Delicious! We tried dark meat, tenders, and okra. The seasoning mix they use is a real winner and is unlike any I’ve come across recently. The okra was perfectly done – not falling apart or soggy like you commonly find. The french fries left a bit to be desired, but they are not the star of the show. Their location is clean, spacious, and welcoming. We look forward to eating here again!

This was my 2nd and last time going. The first time I waited 20 minutes and they gave me half hot & cold chicken and the fries were white and under cooked. The second time I ordered 3 drumsticks and waited 4 minutes for hot food and two pieces were hot and the other one was cold. The store was dirty and smells as of plumbing problems like a drain. I had a taste for some chicken, and went to this Henderson Chicken uptown, the atmosphere when you walk In is amazing, the employees are very tentative to their customers needs. My chicken was fresh and hot!!!! I drove from Seagoville so that should tell you a lot of how the service at this location is. This young man Robert was very pleasant, and kind and he made sure my food was hot and fresh. Will definitely recommend to family and friends.

First time at Henderson Chicken and YOU have to go! It’s the perfect spot with amazing food and menu. The fried chicken is to die for. IT WAS FIRE!! The service my family and I received was so amazing and we will definitely be back again. The owner and his staff made us feel welcomed and gave us an amazing experience.

My 2nd visit in 4 days! This is a new location and it is the best in my opinion! Great customer service, fresh and hot chicken. They even will sell you a bottle of the famous seasoning! It is extremely busy on Friday p.m., but the wait is worth it ! Robert provides Stellar service!

Against my better judgement, I decided to try some chicken from this Henderson’s location today and I must say, it was utterly DISGUSTING! First off, they pretended to drop some fresh chicken when we ordered it over the phone, but it was some chicken that had been just sitting there for however long, the fries were extremely thin and flimsy, and chicken wasn’t crispy at all! Not only that, but they have the AUDACITY to charge you 50 cent to season your chicken! Per order! And they barely barely put any seasoning on the chicken, after they’ve charged you for. And the chicken was still disgusting even the seasoning. NEVER again!!!

I had heard such great reviews for this place so I decided to try it out myself. I have to say that I had a great experience there. I know how busy some of these places can be so I was pleasantly surprised that I was seen to so quickly and the employee Robert Barnes was very cheerful and helpful to me the whole time I was there. I will definitely be back because not only was the service great the food was excellent too. Loved it.
