Locally owned, locally ran. Very mom & pop diner feel- small restaurant team is extremely attentive and hardworking. You can tell they really care about your dining experience! Plentiful gluten free bakery options (6 pc assorted pastry box is $18). Really especially enjoyed the fresh Sourdough bread!

Cute little spot to eat breakfast or lunch. If you have a gluten sensitivity or celiacs this is the place for you. GF bread was soft with a great texture. We bought a ton of goodies for a great price. If you don’t have any issues with gluten the place is still great to eat at.
We will return.

This place is sooooo good! The best oatmeal I’ve ever eaten, hands down. Came back the next day for lunch. Amazing egg salad sandwich with avocado. And the service is great, too.

This restaurant is such a gem!!! If you are local to New Orleans or are visiting and are gluten free this is a must visit!!
The atmosphere is so cute and eclectic, the staff is incredibly friendly, kind and so helpful.
It’s only a short drive from the convention center area and is locally owned.
The food was delicious and the bakery items are unbelievable.
Can’t recommend them enough!!

My favorite breakfast spot because of the many delicious GF pastries! They all taste like regular pastries. Cinnamon rolls as big as a salad plate. About 12′ of delicious baked goods, as well as sourdough bread and gf pancakes.

I grew up 3 hours north of here. During the Mardi Gras Season I learned it was a big deal. What I wasn’t aware of is that some restaurants will shut down operation to fully dedicate their kitchen to king cake operations which they ship to local vendors and around the country. I came here for breakfast and learned all of this. So no breakfast during Mardi Gras season.

Im here for a few months but its just me. I do not need to (i am capable of) eat an entire king cake by myself. These workers and owners were so accommodating and welcoming to me that i was able to purchase two slices which were hot off the press. This display of southern hospitality, flexibility, and willingness to serve the community has earned my business for life.

They also own a place called Toast Gretna and so far its amazing. Thank yall!!

Lovely little local place, good portions (plenty of protein if go the burrito), good prices (about $13 out the door), food tastes homemade and fresh, welcoming people, atmosphere gives off comfy throwback vibes. 10/10 would come again for a quick breakfast/brunch.

So glad this place opened! Truly gluten free (their gluten baked goods are prepared at Tartine for now, so there’s no AP flour flying around the baking kitchen), nothing here disappoints. Inside, it’s spacious and homey. I got the GF sourdough breakfast sandwich with eggs & bacon & cheese, and my friend got the breakfast burrito with chorizo, eggs, potatoes & cheese. We both saved half for later, although we could have finished it right then. I couldn’t tell the sourdough was GF. Texture was perfect. We also got a GF oatmeal cream pie that was ridiculously good. The coffee was great. And if you want to get tea, there is a great selection with individual tea pots and mini hourglass tea timers. Super great to see this new option for my GF peeps and gluten full peeps alike. I don’t even need GF and I really thought everything was terrific. Staff was super nice and explained everything incredibly well, and it wasn’t at all unreasonable for 2 people for brunch. I will totally be back.
