I cannot say enough about this place. This type of food is the last thing I expected in such a small town. Gorgeous view eating breakfast as the sun came over the mountains. Smooth coffee and the smoked trout eggs Benedict with a side of simple salad was mouthwatering. I had such a wonderful breakfast at this place I bought the T-shirt. The waitress was an absolute sweetheart and Johnny-on-the-spot, even being the only one with three tables.

We happened upon this place while driving out of Medicine Bow and boy did we choose right. The cafe was cute and cozy with spectacular views and friendly service. I had the breakfast poutine which had THE best white sausage gravy I have ever had. I also tried my husband’s breakfast burrito with half white sausage gravy and half green chili. The green chili was also the most flavorful thing I have tasted and I would love to go back one day for more.

My husband stated it was the best patty melt he has ever had, the caramelized onions puts it over the top. The pulled pork is fabulous, the fresh pickled cucumbers puts it over the top. Freshly made ranch dressing was a bonus. Only downfall is the hours, 6 am – 2pm, I wish they had longer hours on weekends, and open all day. We would probably have breakfast, lunch and grab dinner on the way out of town. Yes, they are that good.

Very delicious, this is my third time getting food here. Breakfast was always scrumptious, hot, fresh, well balanced on seasonings, whoever is cooking definitely knows how to make wonderfully tasty meals! This last time around was my first time ordering lunch, let me tell you they don’t disappoint at all and probably better than any other restaurant I’ve had in WY. They compete well with restaurants I’ve tasted in CO, FL, OH, WA, and even TX. I was also pleasantly surprised by the fried portion and got so full! Definitely will be coming back again and I’m happy to hear they have extended their hours Fri-Mon!

This place is a welcome new addition to Saratoga, especially for those who love a hearty breakfast but dislike cooking (like myself)! Our server, Yana, was attentive and friendly. My brother also complimented his coffee.
The atmosphere was very welcoming and has lovely riverside views along with an outdoor patio for when the weather is more agreeable. Their breakfast and lunch items are both available during their open hours of 7 AM until 2PM. I could definitely see myself kicking back and enjoying a read while watching rafters float by in the spring.
Anyway, onto the food! Almost all the food they have is home/scratch made and they do locally source a lot of their ingredients. Portions were very nicely sized in being generous but not massive and all of our food arriving piping hot and made to order. Our server was very gracious about doing minor substitutions or items a la carte. I ordered their cheddar biscuit and bacon (I was obviously very hungry!) and both were leagues better than what you’d get at a cabin such as IHOP or most diners. The waffle though stole the show for me, it was thinner than you’d expect from a Belgian waffle usually but being thinner it was able to get some very tasty crispy crust. If you’ve ever had strupwaffel it reminded me of them. All in all good experience and outstanding food!

We got there 30 minutes before closing as we were returning to Utah from Illinois. We were welcomed with open arms. We had been traveling for four days and had eaten at a BUNCH of unique restaurants. This was the last meal on our journey…and the best. Even beat out a $47 dry aged ribeye from a chop house. We had a couple of their burgers. Amazing! 4oz is bigger than you think. If you are near this place between 8am and 2pm, you must give them a try. Food and service are simply the best.

Definitely a beautiful experience and great vibes. The food was delicious, large portions. Filled up fast! Ate on the back patio where the river flows next to. Listening to the chill music they play and the birds singing. Staff are kind and helpful.
