The employees were super friendly! The food choices have many options and it seems to mainly be made right there in the restaurant. The perogies weren’t just bought from a warehouse & they were really good! This place has more than wings! I’m regretting not getting more cheesesteak eggrolls because they were so good too. I also got a smoothie (even tho it’s 10 degrees out, I still had to try) and it was great! They must use real fruit because it’s not extra sweet or artificial whatsoever but still worth it!! The building is small with only 2- 4 seat table and a small one with 2 seats. I’m assuming not many people eat here & it’s mainly a take-out restaurant. Regardless, definitely worth trying! Everything was really good Will eat here again!!!

My boyfriend and I have been coming to Hello Wings for about 2 years now ever since we moved to North Wales. The food has always been amazing, and it’s been one of our favorite local spots. However, I had a really disappointing experience today that made me feel differently about the customer service.
I placed a takeout order for around 12 wings (totaling over $40) and noticed there was only one small container of blue cheese in my bag. I politely asked the woman at the counter who I believe may have been the owner or manager if I could please get another side of blue cheese. She looked at the receipt and said, “You never ordered a side of blue cheese.” I explained that I understood, but I was simply asking if I could get another one. She then said, “$1.”
I told her I didn’t have cash but could pay by card. She gave me an annoyed look and eventually said, “That’s fine,” and let it go… but not in a friendly way.
I don’t normally leave reviews like this, but as a loyal customer for two years who has always recommended this place to others, the interaction really rubbed me the wrong way. It’s not about the dollar, it’s about customer service and how you treat regulars who genuinely support your business. A simple “Of course, here you go!” would have gone a long way in keeping a happy, loyal customer.
The food is still great, but I hope the staff can be a bit more mindful about how they handle small customer interactions like this.. it really does make a difference.

I ordered ahead on DoorDash and the food was ready and fresh when I picked it up. The woman was very kind and provided me with whatever I needed. I got the Korean corn dog and Philly cheesesteak and they were delicious. The Philly cheesesteak was perfect especially and I’ll definitely be coming here again.

I stopped by Hello Wings for lunch while I was in town. I ordered the Mandu Dumplings and chicken tenders with the Gangnam style mild sauce. Both dishes were delicious!! The dumplings were so fresh. The chicken was not dry and they gave me a generous amount of sauce. I have some left over and I can’t wait to eat it tomorrow! The restaurant is cute and clean, I definitely could see myself eating there with friends. I highly recommend Hello Wings!

Ordered their sodduk sodduk appetizer and 7pc soy garlic breaded bone-in wings; it was super good!! Sodduk sodduk isn’t common to see as an appetizer so I was really excited to get it, the sauce they drizzle over the rice cakes and mini sausage is peppery and sweet. The wings were nice and plump, with a looot of sauce to sop up! I picked up my food later than I should’ve, but everything was still really yum. I didn’t get the pickled radish side like the menu said would come with the wings, sadly. Next time I’ll just make sure to mention it

Just picked up my order from HelloWings—couldn’t even wait to get home because it smelled so good! The fried pork dumplings are a must, and the Korean fried chicken with homemade sauce was fantastic. Great food, great service, and lots of selections. I’ll definitely be back and recommend!
